Pillows were a little flat and the “double bed “ were two twins that kept separating, creating an awkward gap. The staff is great, but ordering a drink from the bar takes too long. They have to multitask which I understand, but it’s not convenient. There should be a designated / trained bartender during peak hours (1630-1830) maybe. For example, we ordered 2 drinks at 1800 while waiting for the shuttle to Limone, but didn’t get served until 1820 and the shuttle leaves at 1830. We were the only ones too, so 20 minutes for 2 drinks with nobody else ordering is excessive. They do their best, but it’s not their expertise. At our last stay, we suggested to extend return shuttle hours, and to the hotel’s credit, we were pleased to see they did. All in all, we really like this place and will continue to stay here every year.

A million dollar view was really something! I highly recommend Villa Dirce to anyone who decided to spend some time on Lake Garda. Excellent breakfast, hospitable and helpful staff, 15 min walk to Limone.

Parking is very limited, so be sure you confirm with the hotel beforehand that you have an assigned parking spot reserved or you may need to shuttle to and from your car at another location. Note: There is no typical dinner served at the hotel, just light bites.

Simply stunning views of the lake and mountains. Peaceful setting outside of town. Cool stairway next to a rushing stream that leads you to the walking path to the town of Limone (easy to walk vs. taking a car if you don't mind the stairs). Absolutely fantastic breakfast buffet with top notch servers.

We were on a road trip across Europe. We only had one night here. Our only regret from the trip was not having more time at Hotel Villa Dirce. 1. The breakfast is beyond incredible! The selection is vast and the quality is top notch. 2. The amenities are fantastic. We went in October and had the entire pool and sauna to ourselves. 3. The view is breathtaking. You get a panoramic view of Lake Garda. 4. The staff is super friendly. 5. The beds were extremely comfortable.

The walk to town is a little treacherous and it would be difficult for older or anyone with even mild mobility issues. The hotel provides a shuttle but it only operates a few times in the morning and then again in the evening. Some of the young bar staff are very friendly but still getting to know their job and drinks options available. I’m sure this will improve with time and experience

Newly refurbished hotel with excellent onsite parking. Clean and well appointed rooms with amazing views of Lake Garda. Very generous breakfast with a huge selection of options from boiled eggs to fresh fruit, numerous pastries, beautiful juices - the list goes on and on.

Beautiful hotel, could be a little closer to the town but an excellent shuttle service is offered by the hotel and there is a fairly easy walk too. The facilities at the hotel are excellent, very clean, and the staff friendly. Breakfast was really good. Don’t have a bad word to say about the place.

The photos seemed to show that you had sun loungers outside your room if you booked a superior room to lie on and take in the view , this is not the case , you get a couple of chairs , room was smaller than we had expected .

Very limited evening options for the shuttle into Limone (although we were mostly happy to do the 15-20 min walk and steep steps!), parking available but tight and on a sharp bend, bar/ lounge area is outdoor seating which is next to the busy road and car park

Everything was fantastic. A large comfortable room, with a beautiful large terrace overlooking the lake. The entire property was immaculate. Every single person that worked there was friendly, kind and helpful. The location was perfect- a fifteen minute walk to the heart of Limone sul Garda, which was perfect- enough to walk off a delicious dinner, but away from the crowds and noise of the town center. The breakfast buffet was fantastic- something for everyone, with eggs, cheese, meats, bacon, vegetables, yogurt, breads, and delicious pastries and cakes to rival any bakery. The fresh fruit was abundant and delicious. Highly recommend
