Great breakfast, location of hotel, beach right across the street & easy walk into charming old town. Many restaurants close by, a pharmacy too. Front desk was very helpful, especially Anna.

Everything was perfect. Location, staff friendly, breakfast was amazing on the rooftop terrace in the sun! Free parking. Comfortable room with sea view. Lovely town Cefalu.

The location was situated perfectly, the onsite restaurant and bar was a real plus and our room with jacuzzi was a place we never wanted to leave!

A minor point but a kettle with some tea/coffee would be good. We could always get hot water from the bar but it would be nice to have a cuppa when waking up early .

Great location on sea front close to restaurants & the Old Town. Underground parking garage, pool , superb breakfast served on the roof terrace, attentive staff, spacious room. Very comfy . Hotel is spotlessly clean. Good size Balcony

Well positioned. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Easy walk from the train station. Close to the beach. Sister property has a private beach to use. Short walk to old port and town. We used the bistro and gelateria quite a lot.

It was forbidden to bring own water, bier, wine etc drinks to the room. Also ironing was strictly forbidden. All these together gave a bit negative feeling.

The first day there was a very strong smell, like sewer from the bathroom, but the lady from the front desk came with some kind of deodorant, the we took a shower to make the water run and all was good

We stayed in room 206 which had a problem with the shower which leaked water profusely all over the bathroom floor. We reported it to management on check out so hopefully it will be fixed. We also missed not having a kettle and some tea making facilities in the room. We had to request it as room service for a charge.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and only a very pleasant 10-15 min walk into old town Cefalu. It also sits right across from the beach with great views of the sea from the room balcony and of the sea and Cefalu from the breakfast room. Breakfast was very good and the underground car park is tight but really handy.

All was good. Nothing to dislike!

The people at Victoria Palace (VP) were wonderful -- warm, friendly, attentive and always willing to assist with anything such beach towels, umbrellas, making dinner reservation at a related hotel, and they provided coffee With Milk even after 11a! - Lol (some places in the area refused to give me milk with my coffee after dinner!). VP is the definition of hospitality! The room had a balcony with a beach view and everything was nice inside. Our booking included breakfast which was on the roof top, and was more than just coffee and pastry -- it included eggs, and meat slices, cereal and pancakes at times. The beach is right across the street, and the onsite kitchen accommodated our request for "pizza to go" (which they sliced for us) so we can enjoy our lunch at the beach. We enjoyed coffee and drinks in the hotel lounge area before going out to dinner, and we saw many locals also came to enjoy this time of day at VP. We would gladly go back to stay at VP again.

I would’ve liked to had one more than one pillow on each bed.

We loved to stay here at this property old town Cefalù just down a walkway by the beach about seven minutes in about 12 minutes you could actually reach the cathedral from this hotel. It’s extremely open air and spacious and they offer free parking, which was a benefit since we had a car. The staff was amazing. They have a bar and Gelateria downstairs which is incredible.

The room did not have a box of tissues and only one extra pillow and one blanket. Should be two at least.

Breakfast was good variety and selection. Location was excellent across the road from the beach. Walking distance to town and sights easy.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were upgraded to a balcony room which was very much appreciate. The free parking was a bonus. Whilst it wasn't in the historical centre it was a short walk and it was across the road from the beach and

Cefalú is a WONDERFULL AND MAGIC place!! And this hotel is a perfect mix between a safe and modern building with a good view in first line, and next to the old town and city center. A perfect location for walking relax and thinking in how beautiful and peacefully is this place :)
