The location can be hard to find. There weren't any accessibility options, and the door was tough to open. Not a problem for the average able-bodied tourist but if you have accessibility issues this can be a problem.

The owner was really helpful. He was kind enough to check us in early as we had a very early flight in. He gave us an overview of the area and offered some restaurant recommendations (as well as mentioning areas where prices were very high). Overall very friendly staff and a comfortable stay. Nice views out the window and some cheap shops right outside, for food and trinkets. Perfect spot for young tourists who can make their way around Venice.

It was not clear the bathroom was shared. When I booked in the app it said private bathroom. The bed was not the most comfortable. The hostel was ok. We stayed one night. More would have been difficult. The main door is so old that is not easy to open or close. The house needs maintenance The host is ok, not the most easy to talk with

There was a small step in the hall that we didn't notice and my wife fell. She hurt her knee, and damaged her cell phone. There are many loose cloths laying on the floor as rugs that are easy to slip on. In general the safety was not great.

Bathroom water pressure in the shower was a bit tough to figure out but that's us just grasping at straws to find something to improve.

Convenient location as it was walkable to most things that we were interested in. Our host also gave us some great recommendations for places to go for food and nightlife. We tried a couple and couldn't have been happier.

Some of the rules didn't quite make sense. Some inconsistencies in terms of city rules vs city tax payments. We would be willing to come back but some things were odd in terms of what we paid for vs what we got (but still met expectations generally).

The rooms on street side are noisy but on the other side we managed to sleep well with not much night noise. The flat is old, as I expected in Venice, but I think the experience could be easily improved if the walls were painted to a neutral color and the carpets removed as they just gather dust, and improved the pillows, added some shampoos and shower gel in the bathroom. But for the rest, the bed itself was very comfy and I also liked the duvet and the many towels.

Amazing location close to Rialto bridge and the vaporetto station. Thanks to the owner that gave us an amazing intro to the city, with a lot of historical references! Despite shared, I found the two bathrooms very clean and the water was very hot as I like.

It was pretty complicated to communicate with the person handling the booking, I texted one week in advance requesting a late check out at 10 pm and no solution was offered to me only on the same day of arrival witch cause me a lot of stresses during on full week, not the best customer service

The side of our room window is above an alleyway, so we could hear very clearly whenever someone pass by or their talking. That means if someone is passing by there at like 1 or 2am after they get back from drinking, you will hear it very loudly. It'll be worse if you're a light sleeper, which we're not so it wasn't thay bad for us.

The host was very nice. He gave us tips on restaurants, places to visit and such. The place was cute and okay, even though it didn't seem like it from the outside.

Just like the most building in Venece, there is no lift, you must go up to the 3 floor through stairs. Apartaments like this are prohibited by law to cook. But microwave and oven is allow. You can hear the noise from the street, but nothing that disturbed my sleep.

The room was very nice, big and confortable. The location was nice, with a Supermarket just near of the door and 10 min walking from the Rialto Bridge.

The apartment is located in the center of Venice, so it's a great starting point to each Venice attraction. Nice bars and restaurants just few steps from it and coop store for some everyday shopping. Close to Rialto Market, which is a evening meeting point for everyone to drink some spritz. Room we were staying was very warm and cozy (in the night it was aroung 5 degrees Celsius outside, but it was warm in the room). The owner is very nice, helpful and elastic. Kitchen is equipped with some basic stuff like coffee, tea, kettle and a coffee pot, microwave The shower is quite small, but water was warm.

The only real issue I had was there are 3 sets of stairs to climb which could be an issue for some people but that seems to be sort of par for the course in Venice.

The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable and obviously enjoys his city. The location is pretty close to the Grand Canal where you can catch the water bus.

There was some noise from the busy lane ways below. There was a tight staircase leading to the property which made getting luggage up and down a bit difficult.

The location was very central and allowed us to walk to anywhere in Venice with ease. It was also right next to a small grocery store which was helpful for getting food or any other items we needed. The room was large and comfortable with plenty of room for luggage and clothes. The WiFi was fast and reliable.
