We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ItalyBreakfast is quite poor. It is the typical hotel dedicated to high school excursion, so you should expect youngster disturbing your sleep if you are a light sleeper - like me.
Not far from the center, there is a big supermarket close to the hotel. The room had modern furniture and was quite clean.

Very convenient location, only few minutes outside the highway, the proximity to public transport and big market. Hotel is in a strategic location between Florence, Siena and other small Tuscan towns. Big and clean rooms, good breakfast. Staff extremely professional, kind and attentive (both at reception and at breakfast):-)

AustraliaMy recent stay at this so-called "four-star" hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this establishment was not up to standard. The room was incredibly small and dirty, with dust and mold. There was water damage on the bathroom ceiling. The bed wasn’t even fixed properly, constantly rolling and making it impossible to get a good nights sleep. To make matters worse, the receptionist was rude and completely unhelpful, making me feel unwelcome from the start. Prior to my stay, I had emailed the hotel to request a vegan breakfast, and they assured me it would be taken care of. Imagine my surprise when the first morning's offering was a single apple. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested to cancel the breakfast for the remaining days, the staff simply said "okay" with no apology or attempt to make amends. Additionally, the housekeeping was abysmal. They took my towel but forgot to replace it with a new one. I had to go down to the reception to request a towel, which was an unnecessary inconvenience and further highlighted the poor service. Overall, this hotel was a massive disappointment and definitely not deserving of its four-star rating. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if they value cleanliness, proper service, and basic hospitality.

United KingdomThe room was very dated, and the breakfast was not great - staff working very hard but it was way too busy, things running out and tables dirty.
It was good value for money, convenient as an overnight stop on the road if all you need is a bed. The room and bathroom were a good size. There is quite an attractive outdoor bar area even if the general location is not very attractive. It was a short walk to get to restaurants etc. The staff were trying hard.
