The restaurant was overrated. The price quality balance was not really fair.

Amazing spa and rooms!

In our room the airco was only allowed to be set at 20 degrees C. It was warmer than we liked and as a result we did not sleep as well. Restaurant personnel were not the strongest ambassadors for this hotel. The owner should offer more training to bring them in line with the aspirations of the hotel.

We had dinner at the restaurant. We did not want to take the surprise menu as we did not want to have bad surprises. Could have been a bit better explained. Our a la carte dinner was good and the view from the outside terrace was incredible. They offered a nice wine selection. Our room was nice with a comfortable queen bed (we would have preferred a Kingsize bed, but they are hard to find in Europe) and a very nice walk in shower with jungle shower and separate shower head.. The room was clean and was well designed. Overall the property was in great shape. It is a great place to relax after travel or visits to nearby places. We would return if we were to return to the area.

Could use more amenities. All you are given is a 2 in 1 body wash and shampoo and a hair net. Dinner is on the pricey side. Tea and coffee facilities are not included in the room but come at extra cost.

Beautiful modern rooms with lovely staff. The breakfast was amazing with lots of fresh, homemade pastries and yoghurts from fresh ingredients from their gardens. The spa was great and very relaxing after long days in Como. The beauty staff - she was a young girl but very experienced and did a fantastic job. We had a balcony with amazing views. The views from dinner were even better. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, approachable and there to make your experience worthwhile.

Access is a killer with a sport car, you need to tell people upfront. I also recommend you don't charge extra for selected breakfast items when the room costs 300 EUR. Same for the spa. It makes it too commercial and not about the customer relaxing experience...

It turned out that access to the spa was not included while booking through booking.com it costed 50 EUR extra to enter. Be aware of this!

This is really a luxury hotel. The right place to be spoiled and relax. The rooms were extremely comfortable, the spa amazing - in particular the different pools and 'exploratory showers', and the restaurant a top experience. We will be back!!!

spa entrance is charged extra even for hotel guests despite being completely empty food is good at the restaurant but the staff barely meets the quality standard of the food all in all, a slight service upgrade needed to make up to the quality of rooms and food served

The room AC was not really cooling down in the nights during our stay (very hit days around 35 degrees) and we only learned at the checkout that this could have been solved centrally from the reception! Some of the breakfast service personnel were very young and totally unprepared for the job, which was not a very pleasant experience! Also the a la carte breakfast was nothing really special! And not to forget: On such a big terrain an outdoor pool would be nice!

Very nicely located in proximity of Lake Como and Lake Lugano. Very nice countryside Wellness resort totally secluded and gated! We liked the very nice and helpful personnel, our very comfortable and nice room and the little details (bath products, coffee tabs and cookies, slippers…) and the beautiful view from the restaurant terrace with the skyline of Milano in the distance!

Wonderful hotel in a remote and relaxing nature area. The room was comfortable and modern (the terrace is truly beautiful) and the restaurant service is superb. Our favourite part was the restaurant’s outdoor terrace which had amazing views of the towns below and the food was also great.

It has a lot right. Only the beds were to small and the airconditioning on both rooms didn’t work proper. Both are essential for a comfortable stay.

Wifi could be better. Also, electric car charging spots should be marked in a better way - one night I couldn't charge my car.

The staff was very helpful. Food was very good. My room was very spacious and comfortable. The views are stunning - you can see Milan from the restaurant floor.

The pool should be accessible for free for the hotel guests. 50€ if you want to swim for one hour is far too much. The AC has probably not worked well in room 207.

The limited opening hours of the spa made it that we couldn’t make use of it for our one night stay. The room itself was also quite warm especially since the bedding sheets are comfortable but more for winter than summer. Overall good experience and definitely worth a visit but try to stay for at least 2 nights.

The room was very clean, spacious and modern. Dinner was amazing (we had the 9 course dinner with wine pairing) as well as the views and surroundings.

50 euro per person for using the pool is not the way to make you feel welcomed! ( or to be enthousiast for having your dinner at the restaurant ) The breakfast on the nice terrace and the rooms were quite ok.( although not as nice ad the suites on the pictures )

The air conditioner did not work properly, at above 30 degrees it was very difficult. They were also very cheap with breakfast, you can only order one coffee during breakfast!

Gorgeous hotel that is sparkling clean. Rooms are spacious.
