The dinner at the restaurant, though of excellent quality, was quite expensive - 152 euros for 2 courses for 2 people with 2 glasses of wine.

Great spa facilities with a heated outdoor pool. Nice view from the room down the valley. Very attentive staff who helped with dinner reservations, ordering breakfast boxes, etc. We stayed just one night before traveling from Bergamo airport but would enjoy more time at the place.

Difficult to get to without a car however to be expected for the exclusivity. Closest public transport is Nembro Centro tram station and it’s a 25min walk uphill from there which is fine if you don’t have suitcases and nice weather/during daylight as no street lighting. Thankfully we were able to organise transport with the hotel for a small fee (many thanks to Antonio, Ettone and Mateo)

Stunning resort, the interior design is fantastic. Spa itself is great and very clean. Staff are very helpful. Food at the restaurant is delicious - lots of little complimentary items included. Rooms are lovely and very quiet which is perfect for relaxing.

Compared to the other hotels we visited on our trip to Italy in the same price range, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. The juice was concentrate, not freshly pressed. We weren’t asked if we wanted more coffee or tea, and the selection of bread and breakfast items was not as extensive as one would expect from a hotel in this class and price range.

An absolutely fantastic hotel and spa – we were very surprised by how well-maintained everything is and how beautifully the hotel is built. The spa is a story in itself; it's large and spacious, offering everything you could wish for in terms of relaxation and enjoyment.

A bit strange/unpleasant odour/smell in the corridors and bathrooms, complained with reception and declared as normal....would need some improvement, otherwise no complaints

The fact that we assume, a place named piano “relax” hotel will not charge us for getting in the pool or sauna. We felt that we rather choose to pay a bit more, and get eggs any style, and get in the pool instead of paying very cheap than extra pay on every small addition.

Restaurant and room are slightly overpriced for what is offered. I would stay at the hotel again but wouldn’t eat at the restaurant.

We we’re leaving a bit earlier than start of the breakfast, and asked if we could have a breakfast 15-30 minutes earlier than breakfast was originally starting unfortunately instead we got breakfast boxes which did not contain any fresh food.
