Not much to complain considering what is promised by this hotel. Maybe the beds are a bit too hard.

Helpful staff. Very central location, close to supermarket and marina. Parking is very tricky in Rapallo but hotel provides temporary permits for the guests which is very helpful in crowded Rapallo streets.

Great location, short walk to the waterfront, restaurants, and close to the supermarket. The room had a nice big cupboard for storage, a mini fridge, tv, and the bathroom was a good size. Every day the bed gets made, and new towels are provided which is lovely. The staff were very helpful and provided information about the town.

Very friendly staff, especially the wonderful lady at the front desk, who gave me a lot of information about the beautiful town of Rapallo. It is very close to the train station and the ferry boat to surrounding towns.

The only thing was a smell of cigarettes or something similar seemed like coming from a thick bed cover, which became better once i removed it

Stayed 2 nights in this hotel - very well located, 5 min walk to the pier. Has a terrace overlooking the town, the room was a decent size with a good bathroom. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly! The big supermarket is right across the street, 10 min walk to the train station! It’s a small modest hotel.

Loud outside, and the staff not very friendly. I was in the room and they rang the doorbell, I didn't answer and then when I asked why they called, they answered that they thought we weren't in the room and wanted to water the flowers. Strange

We were surprised and disappointed to find that the private terrace we thought we had booked was actually a rooftop solarium that was available to all hotel guests. Our room actually opened onto this. We felt quite awkward about it. The management did offer to move us after the first night but it chucked it down for the remainder of the time we were there so we didn't bother moving. I would always check in future whether terraces were 'private' or not.

It was in a good location, just a short walk from the centre and the seafront. Also that it had secure parking which is difficult to find in towns.

We loved the terrace but... whilst we had it mostly to ourselves during our stay, if more guests had used it it may have been slightly offputting having them sit directly outside our patio doors and would have felt the need to shut the curtains more.

Very helpful friendly staff. Clean room with access to large shared terrace, which we had to ourselves most days. Excellent for enjoying the late afternoon sun and relaxing with a drink and a good book 😊 Small elevator up to the 4th floor with only a few steps up to the 5th floor for our room and access to the terrace.

Would benefit from a bathroom refurbishment but it was immaculately clean

The breakfast was very good. Regularly replenished and unlimited coffee. Friendly staff. Location was good for accessing the town and beach. Some road noise but not a problem in the room when the windows were closed. Everything was spotlessly clean
