To be honest it was as nice as you can get for the price point. And you can not beat the location if you want to be in the center of it all.fantastic breakfast, location and rooftop bar/

The breakfast were fantastic. The rooftop bar and Rosie our bartender were great. The hours they were open were subject to change but the location too Tosso square and the center of town could not be beat.

The breakfast was a bit bland and staff weren’t overly friendly but was still lovely.

The property was in a great location close to the main part of Sorrento! Rooms were super spacious and comfortable had really great space. Great spot to stay in Sorrento for the price.

We only stayed one night there. But our stay was very comfortable. Hotel also helped us to arrange the taxi to Naples Airport. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good too.

The door entry with card was very tricky. The card reader beeped but there seemed to be a knack to opening the door so it was very temperamental for me.

You can hear the pipes in the bedroom we had and the door was quite thin so you could hear people in the corridor.

Room was very small and balcony faced interior wall you could almost touch. Roof deck was a bar- you couldn't sit up there with your own beverages. Didn't have that great a view due to higher buildings around. Mattress was uncomfortable. We didn't spend much time in room so it worked out ok.

Got the last room last minute. Staff was nice and held our luggage ahead of check-in. Room was clean, wifi had password. Breakfast had eggs, bacon and sandwich meat along with bread and pastry. Hotel had been renovated nicely but is small. Did have elevator. Price we paid was very good for location which was close to ferry, train and car rental.

Not one thing!

This hotel was FABULOUSO! We loved Sorrento and cut our time short in Positano to go back to Sorrento, but did not like our 1st hotel, so we decided to come here and it was the best decision!! If I could give it 10 stars* I would! First of all it is IMMACULATE, absolutely gorgeous, exquisite design, beautiful décor with a fantastic roof top bar! Great view of the city main street, yet our room was quiet. Upon arrival they have chilled lemon water and also made us a cappuccino! The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff could not have been better! The owner and the young lady receptionist were exceptional, they helped us so much with directions and even made calls to help with our train travel. This is beyond 5* for the price, I will recommend this hotel to everyone wishing to visit Italy and this magnificent town with great people, shopping and restaurants!

Excellent central location - next door to supermarket, just round the corner from train/bus station and near restaurants etc. Not noisy (except for the music from roof terrace in the evening but that didn’t continue late so not a problem). The rooms were clean and comfortable (but not large). Breakfast was good and staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
