Lovely location in the heart of Venice. Spacious and bright flat, comfortable. The host let us leave the luggage since we had a late flight and were able to enjoy Venice all day long before departure.

We had problems during our stay at the accommodation: we booked the Sole apartment, but other guests that had booked the Luna apartment arrived earlier than us and took our apartment. This was terrible! Although I understand that it was the other guests' fault, the management of the keys could be done in a safer way - why did they have access to the keys of my apartment? As I had paid for something that I couldn't use, I expected more support from the host - mainly related to future compensation. Unfortunately they didn't help me with this topic - I received a voucher only after talking directly and insistently to Booking support. Otherwise, nothing would have happened. Finally, the host accused me of not leaving the money for local tourist taxes, what was not true. I had all the pictures to prove it. Later they realized it was a mistake of someone else.

The apartment where we stayed for 2 nights was cool and spacious. The location of this accommodation is a highlight - a quick walk and you reach lots of interest places in Venice! General communication with the host was also a good thing. When we arrived there was a strike in the national transport system - the host was patient and understood our late arrival.

Knowing it was up 3 flights of stairs and no lift. We had a big heavy suitcase and not all suitable for travelling around Venice but especially for the apartment.

It's a lovely apartment and could be a great place to cook and relax. However. the kitchen was poorly equipped. Basics were missing, like knives for chopping, utensils, and wine glasses, There was even no corkscrew! And no dishwasher tablets, either... In addition, the bathroom is spacious, but the shower is poorly lit.

Great location, space, and comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to drop off my bags earlier as I was already in Venice.

The apartment has some space for improvement. One of the two bathrooms (ensuite) could not be used to shower as the water pressure is low and the hot water didn't come to it and the shower tray was not very clean in the corners. The curtains and the sofa need some cleaning as well. The space after the gate has a really strong smell of humidity which is not a big deal but should be considered if you have some kind of rhinitis. It seems there is a rule in Venice about the Aircon usage timings, so it felt a little hot at night and as we left the windows open there were a lot of mosquitos because of that.

The location was just perfect. Nearby everything but in a quiet street. The apartment has an excellent size and well equipped. We had an excellent time there and the check-in/checkout process was really easy.

Had a lot of trouble locating initially… took a couple of hours to connect with manager to get into apartment. However, that got resolved and manager was very apologetic and showed us around the apartment and answered all questions. No soaps, shampoos, etc., were provided, a heads-up would have been helpful. The bedroom we stayed in was missing window covering ( looked like a curtain rod had been there but had fallen down) so no privacy. The shower door wouldn’t seal correctly in the common bathroom so water would get on the floor.

The apartment was in a good location for accessing Rialto Bridge, and Vaporetto stops. It was very clean and sufficiently appointed. The beds were very comfortable.

There is a ruling in Venice about the Aircon usage timings, so it felt a little hot at night. The rooms were separated with doors but the walls did not go all the way up to the ceiling, so you'd be able to hear the other rooms. The water pressure in the shower was also quite low and ran out of hot water quickly.

The place was really big, especially for Venice! Very convenient location too. The host was also very responsive and nice, especially when I needed help trying to find the place (since the location on Google Maps is wrong)

The sofa bed smells humidity very strong, I had to put some towels to not traspass the smell to me. Also the same the day we have change of plans picking the keys, we arrive at night at we kind of got lost first to find the place to pick up the keys then the exactly address, it wasnt easy, I was with my parents they are older, we got scare, the google maps doesnt show correctly with the address, I prefer someone had helped me to get to the place.

The apartment it is really nice very complete and spacious. Also was clean. Location very centric place to walk around. the person help me by messages in some way.

The apartment is dated in terms of the kitchen and one of the two bathrooms. Some of the lights were not working. The door from the street was a real struggle to open, both from outside and inside. Would have liked some wine glasses and extra seating in the lounge.

The apartment is perfectly located. In a quiet area, but close to the main attractions and transport points. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and Sylvia was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We mixed going to restaurants and eating in. This apartment works perfectly for both options. Centrally for all different restaurants and a small supermarket, greengrocer, wine shops etc.

The kitchen lacked lids for the pans. It’s hard to make water boil without this. There were only two pan lids. As far as utensils, there was no vegetable peeler or paring knife. There were no kitchen towels or dishwasher soap. There was, however, liquid dish soap and paper towels. There was a problem with a badly stained sheet on one of the beds. That does not give one confidence about the cleanliness or care given to the apartment! The shower head in the bathroom off the kitchen needs a cleaning, as it sprays everywhere but down! I suspect calcium deposits are blocking the holes. The baby bed was outdated. Potential safety issue. The bed in the bedroom with the hanging closet needs a new mattress. Half the mattress has sunk. The second bedroom with en-suite bathroom has no hanging closet and the dresser drawers do not open and close easily. The sofa in the living room has a large white stain and one of the arms is ready to fall off. It’s also rather dark in the living room space with only one floor lamp. The living room could also use a chair or two.

Location was in a nice neighborhood and really close to a grocery store. It was very nice to have coffee, cooking oil, salt and vinegar provided. When we had a problem with the hot water heater we appreciated that the management was able to fix the problem, even on a work holiday.

The apartment needs fixes: hair dryers didn’t work, lamp in bedroom needs repair, window shades need repair and cleaning. More dishes, glasses needed. Dish soap needed.

The manager, Andrea, was extremely helpful & responsive. Without his assistance we could not have stayed here.

My wife and I arrived at three o'clock in the morning to collect the key to the apartment exactly according to the instructions of the owner of the apartment Georgia, unfortunately for us there was no key, we called her and there was no answer, until this morning we looked for a room in the hotels, but the occupancy was full, when we contacted the owner of the apartment C Verjaya she apologized but refused to return the money, advise you not to trust this place for accommodation

The owner didn’t care to mention on booking.com, where I booked the apartment, that the apartment was on the 3rd floor with only tiny stairs up. Didn’t mention that Luna and Sole share the same entrance. Which made it alarmingly dangerous for us and would’ve made us look for other accommodations if we were informed on the booking.com website. As for the interior facilities provided, the air conditioners are so weak that even with the help of two other fans, we still find it difficult to fall asleep. There was even an unmentioned notice telling us that there’s a time limit for the usage of the air conditioner. We booked informing there will be three person staying, but the apartment didn’t provide any fitted sheet for the sofa bed, nor did they give us the cover for the extra pillows and the linen sheets. The apartment floor wasn’t clean either, nor was the shower. It didn’t feel sanitary at all when using the bathroom. When we are checking out, the owner misinformed mr. Matteo(we guess he’s the agent)that we stayed for three nights, but in actuality we stayed for two, and required us to pay for 3 nights of city/tourist tax.
