The location of the hotel is perfect! At first, we weren't sure becuz the hotel faces a fairly busy road. But once you enter the hotel, you don't even know the road is there. Access to the city center is thru a back entrance & then you are literally a 5-7 min walk to the central palazzo of Ragusa . . . beautiful Cathedral, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, etc. Sitting out on the beautiful terrace that faces the mountains in the morning, while you enjoy an AMAZING breakfast, was a highlight of the trip!! The staff was AWESOME & very accommodating!!

The staff was always available and kind. There were 2 entrances, and one took you directly to the center of Ragusa Ibla. The room was big and very confortable. The breakfast was also good, and we slept very well during the night.

The location is amazing, and very creative the way it has been incorporated into that part of the hill in this beautiful city. One comes out of an elevator to the city center! Rooms comfortable and modern. Staff very kind and knowledgeable about the history of the place and the restoration.

United States of Americawe were there in December and room was extremely warm. there is no way to drive your car to the lobby so you need to walk your luggage up a very steep hill. also, the hotel should mention that when using a gps, do not use the name of the hotel because it will bring you up an extremely narrow alleyway and you could be in a position where you get stuck. enter the address of the hotel instead.

Would’ve been exceptional to have a staff member greet us there or have Bette accessibility beyond the street level. United States of AmericaBathroom was unbelievably badly layed out for that size room and that level hotel. I cut my leg with the masonry in the angular path between toilet and shower, which was barely medium size. When disclosed to desk, it merely apologized for inconvenience and said would be reported for fixing. Stated management knows about it. The temporary fixing never happened while I was there, and I hit and scraped my leg twice after the first cut as it is an unexpected dangerous angle in a tiny bathroom.
