We’ve travelled 9 European countries over the last few weeks with our dog. This was by far the most friendliest, warmest welcome of them all for us and our dog. He even joined us for breakfast which was superb! Perfect location and in a beautiful setting. Excellent value for money

There is no any complaint item ever.

new aparthotel, right on the shore of the lake, with a wonderful view of the surroundings, that alone is 10 stars. Fresh, new equipment, comfortable apartments, balconies overlooking the lake and the surrounding huge mountains. The staff is helpful and friendly, the breakfast is magnificent, competing with higher category hotels. Cleanliness, daily cleaning, all top 10! With their favorable prices, they have no competitors in the town!

Crossing the road was a little challenging.

Special thanks to Martina and Irene who went above and beyond their duties to help us. Beautiful location with stunning views of wind surfers from our window and balcony. Excellent breakfast with lots of savoury and sweet options as well as fresh fruit salad. Mini kitchen that made the studio a short term home.

A windsurfing storage room could be a bit bigger, it was difficult to get out with a bigger sale. Board storage was too small for formula boards. It would be great to have a play room for kids for rainy days

Great location, spacious apartment, big terrace with fantastic view to Garda lake. A beach across the street where you can take off on your windsurf board. Free to use bikes and umbrellas, nice gym, good breakfast

View from the room is amazing. This was my 2nd visit to the property. Location is near centre. Breakfast options are also good and hosts and staff are very warm and welcoming.

When we arrived-it was around 18:30-and went up to our room it was very cold. We found the heating component and turned on the heat up to 25C. We left the room to go get something to eat, hoping it would be warm by the time we got back. Unfortunately, it was still cold. We decided to just go to sleep and warm up under the covers. The sheets were freezing! We had to just grin and bear it until it eventually got warm from our body heat. The next morning we tried the heating switch again and I turned it on to 26C. We left to go on a hike and when we got back the room was cozy warm. I don’t know if we just didn’t turn it on correctly the first time or what. Anyway, it would have been nice if the hotel folks had turned up the heat a bit before we arrived so we wouldn’t be walking into a refrigerated room.

As it is over the street, the traffic 24h is very loud and disturbing, no way to sleep with an open window. There are no curtains for windows, only blinds.

Our apartment was pretty large with all windows on sea side. We had our own entrance and seating area outside. Large shower in one bathroom and bath with view in the second. Location is perfect.

Gym could do with A/C and a refurb, kitchenette a little dated but a good asset, no plug for kettle in kitchen. tricky to cross road and drive out of car park on the bend.

You really have to pay attention when you cross the road from the hotel to the lake. I might be a bit concerned for small children. Two guests smoking near the breakfast area was a bit unpleasant, but that happens.

Wonderful view from the small balcony. Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice sitting area. We used the bikes and had a lot of fun. Also swam from the small, pebble beach directly opposite the hotel. Short walk to the small town and great restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Fun area. Really liked this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Everything was great!

It's a fantastic location, right across the lake which has a small beach. They have free bikes that you can borrow and bike lockers if you have your own. We got upgraded to the room with the giant balcony and it was the best view and best balcony ever. There was a outdoor day bed and bean bags, and the 4 person table. The room is cleaned and serviced everyday,, decor is modern, kitchen was fully stocked. The free breakfast is really good too. 5 min walk from downtown Torbole, 8 min drive from Riva del Garda or 15 min bike ride... absolutely would 100% recommend.
