After these impressions, we can't complain.

First of all, everything shown in the pictures and text is completely realistic. The entire place is beautiful, and the ski slopes are superb. The hosts are just as friendly as they should be, providing all the necessary information simply and precisely. It was important to us that the kitchen, bathroom and windows were renovated and very tidy. I used the fitness room and a little swimming pool and I am very satisfied. Very good location with beautiful views on each side. Very close to the center of S. Martino town (1 min walk) and close to the kids playgrounds outside (we were there with two small kids so we appreciate it). Apartment was small but very cosy, with everything we needed and with many storage spaces. The view on the Pale di San Martino mountains from the big balcony was stunning.

Attic apt was perfect for our group of six. We liked the large terrace for drying our clothes and relaxing. The kitchenette was also well equipped and useful. It was convenient also to have two washrooms. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

The only minor negative we found was the amount of noise (mostly from people talking) from the street at night. There seemed to be a lot of pedestrians passing in front of the hotel at night up until 1AM or so, As a result, we had to keep the windows + door to the balcony closed at night, when we would have preferred to have them open.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a large outdoor balcony with views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchenette is reasonably well equipped for meal preparation. The staff at the reception desk are extremely friendly and helpful. Our airline had lost our luggage, and the front desk offered to help us in contacting the courier service that the airline eventually used to deliver our luggage to us. The location is also within walking distance of the town center + the ski lift to Col Verde / Rosetta. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Breathtaking view of the dolomite mountains, amazing view from the balcony. There is no restaurant, they only serve breakfast wich is around 8 euros/day but we received some vouchers for 10% discount at some restaurants nearby
