Had an issue to get the A/C to work but the weather was ideal so did not really fret about it.

The rooms were safe , clean and comfortable which is our highest priority. The location (after the initial struggle to find it 😁) is ideal as it a short walk to pretty much everything. The staff are exceptional, they are quick to respond and very helpful. The rooms were quiet and very functional. We had everything we needed.

Smoking in the Patio was allowed, that was for us a problem, as the smoke came into our room through open windows.

The location directly in the centre only a few metres by feet to the Rialto Bridge or the San Marco Plaza is exceptional.

The only small issue we had is we couldn’t operate the heat. We had slightly cooler temperatures for end of April and were not able to turn on the heat

We only had 1x hot shower for the duration of our 3 night stay. There was always cold water. This was raised with the staff which did try to fix this but unfortunately every time we tried it was cold. The aircon didn’t work the first night so it was quite warm inside but the staff did fix this after I raised it. Upon arrival of check in I was asked to meet a staff and call the other staff to confirm the check in but no one was there and no one was picking up. We stayed up for 30-40 minutes just in case but didn’t hear anything back so just went to bed.

The staff were very accomodating because we were coming in late and would be outside check in hours. I appreciated them waiting for us. Location was good too.

Very dark. Cramped location of sofa bed in kitchen. No bedding left for pullout sofa bed. Maybe that was out fault for not specifying this was required as my elderly mother needed sole occupancy of one bedroom.

Location was fantastic and very central to everything we wanted to experience in Venice. As you would expect in Venice, plenty of old warm charm in the apartments and internal courtyards that provide plenty of light. Air conditioning was more than sufficient and provided us with some respite during a hot August. So many restaurant options nearby and we made full use of them. Our host directed us on how to get to the apartment and was very helpful. We also had the breakfast option which I highly recommend … it is close by in another hotel managed by the same company.

Shower should've been cleaner for this standard.

Excellent location, nice residence with easy to use code operated doors. Small room (though surely 20m2 as advertised) with no place to unpack so living off suitcase on the floor. Small bathroom with very small shower that would struggle to fit an slightly above average sized person, shower walls not thoroughly cleaned in a long time.

There was no salt or pepper or anything very basic like that in the kitchen! People having to walk through somebody else’s bedroom to take a shower was inconvenient.

The air conditioning in our initial room wasn’t working so they moved us to a larger apartment with the above facilities. They do say about not all rooms are the same, but the staff were really helpful and sorted everything very quickly.

Great location, close to St Mark’s Square, but you can walk to other parts very easily, for example the Peggy Guggenheim collection. Good facilities in the room, fridge, dishwasher, cutlery, oven and hob. Air conditioning There are restaurants, cafes all around. Close to designer shops and ice cream parlours!

Only issue was a slight leak from the floor upstairs on one afternoon.

The location is excellent. Although it is self check in and no staff are on site, we requested support via bookings.Com message and on the phone. They were very helpful and accommodating.

The primary room we stayed at has a very uncomfortable bed! The second bedroom is a converted attic with an attic door that leads to a scary looking storage area. I wish there was a lock on that door because our kids were nervous to sleep there. We blocked the door off with a chair and luggage. The bathrooms were small and the showers did not drain. We called for service and said that he can come in even if we weren’t there. Well he came in very late (near 10:30pm) and we were all getting ready for bed. He walked straight into our bedroom without announcing himself and startled us. That experience made us nervous that there’s no way for us to lock the main door from inside and that the staff were at ease about entering without knocking or announcing.

The location was ideal, two doors down from Merchant of Venice but I feel like many other places are ideally located as well because of the way Venice is set up.

There is no elevator in the building.

The room is fully equipped. Also the balcony is really nice!
