We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ItalyBathrooms should upgrade. I hoped there was a small size fridge in the room, but it wasn’t there. So I have to thraw away some foods that made for my baby.
Breakfast is good but menu and place should little bit upgrade as I think. The lady who saves us breakfast is sooo kind and helpfull.really friendly staff.

United KingdomThe walls are very thin, you can literally hear everything going on in the other rooms. The water takes ages to warm up. My room was situated under a terrace, so I could hear people moving chairs above, even past the curfew time.
The location of the property is the biggest advantage, just far enough from the hustle of Rome, but close enough to be reached in 20 minutes by train.

SpainThe breakfast was weird and we had the recepcionist or owner of the place making coffee for us. Coffee was perfect but we did not feel comfortable to ask for another one because he was in another room. Also, there was no much to choose. We arrived late at night, like 2 am and the doors were closed. We waited for 5/10 minutes calling the numbers and ringing until someone opened us. We were not given any key to open or anything.
The room was big and clean and had a great balcony.

United KingdomIts bit far from city centre but on the railway main line and close to the train station. Good value for money. Train tickets are not too expensive, however it takes additional 40 - 50 mints in the busy morning and evening hour to reach the city centre

Italy1st: the parking lot had absolutelly NO marks/signs, everyone parks were they want and with a big car becomes a problem. I parked outside, by the side of the road. 2nd: the reception was a mess, everything everywhere, gives an impression of disorganization and dirtiness (if I havent asked, no information about wifi/breakfast/parking lot would be given) The receptionist's italian is close to zero. 3rd: The breakfast starts at 8am, if you have to leave before, sorry to inform but no other possibility for you! 4th: the bedroom was smelling cigarettes, even if there was a sign of "smoke forbidden". 5th: Everything in the bedroom was REALLY old, air conditioner, furniture, hair dryer. The walls were super dirty, showing non signs of maintenance since long (at least since the pictures they use in the announce). 6th: The bathroom had no shower cabin, but a plastic tent = water everywhere after shower, and having no windows was a problem!
The things that I liked were the minimum. The room had enough space, the bedsheets and towels were clean.
