The apartments themselves are standard fair and appliances quite old. The kitchen cupboards were all wide open as they were slightly mouldy (and smelly) so everything needed to be washed before use, just for peace of mind. The beds were very hard, a good night sleep was night possible. And there was no mosquitos nets on the windows which was very disappointing as we got eaten alive at night which can take away from your enjoyment of a stay.

The house is beautiful and in such a scenic area. Its very easy to get to by car and you can walk into San Gimignano easily for evening dinner etc. The pool and outdoor facilities of the accommodation absolutely make it! The view from the pool isd just stunning and with good weather it is just an absolute treat to hang out there all afternoon, swimming and sunbathing. We really enjoyed our stay!

The pool was very dirty. The water was cold which we are use to but couldn’t enjoy the pool because it had green dirty spots all over - Not sure I’d it was mold or what but it was terrible.

The location is beautiful. Enough parking spots and the little cottage was very comfortable.

The room should be more cleaned. While there is nor air conditioner, it should be good to have mosquitoes net in windows. The swimming pool had green sides which should be cleaned.

Perfect quiet location with 20 minutes walk to city center. Beautiful landscape view to wine yards. Each apartment have outside place with available grills. Parking at site.

Everything! We loved the location - easy walk to supermarket and town centre and wine tasting not far either. We loved the views, seating areas (we had a balcony and a covered area too) and pool! Sabrina was lovely and went above and beyond. We didn't want to leave! It was just perfect.

Lovely country villa, looked great, and nice setting with trees & pool area. Generously sized apartment with cooker etc, & every apartment had an outdoor eating space. Not too far of a walk from the town, which in itself is great! A highlight on our trip around Italy. Would highly recommend!

You need to expect a rustic feel of an Agricultural location and embrace it.

Fabulous location with stunning views over the Tuscan hills, breathtaking. Excellent pool area, plenty of Sun loungers and great to cool down after long days sightseeing. The hosts were amazing - threw everyone a wonderful party whilst we were there. Will very likely visit again.

Great location- 15 minute walk to the centre of San Gimignano. Perfect location to explore Tuscany. We loved coming back for a swim in the pool after a hot summer day.

The apartment itself was fairly basic and the combined lounge/kitchen/dining area fairly limited, especially for four adults (e.g. only a two-person hard couch to sit on besides the dining table chairs). However, given the good weather during our stay we normally ate outside where each apartment has its own shaded pergola.

The location of this property is superb - very peaceful and excellent views. Nice, spacious, well-maintained gardens and lovely clean swimming pool surrounded by plenty of sun-loungers, chairs, parasols.

Beautiful little farm stay within 15 - 20 mins walk of san gigiamano. Great wine tour near by and plenty of vineyards. Rooms are a great size and easy to use kitchen etc

It could have been cleaner - cutlery had some food residue from previous customers, sofa had a stain on it. Bathroom and linen very clean though. Also, the beds weren’t very comfortable.

This place more than exceeded our expectations. The view from the backyard is absolutely stunning, you are close to the town of San Gimignano while still feeling like you're in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. The host was also extremely nice and made check in/out very easy. Couldn't recommend this place more :)

This is a beautiful villa divided into apartments within walking distance of San Gimignano. Covered parking is provided. The villa is surrounded by well maintained private gardens and a pool. The apartment was well appointed, everything that you could possibly need. The double glazed windows and thick walls ensured quiet inside the apartment. The staff were kind and helpful. There are gorgeous views from each window in this first floor apartment. Added to this each apartment has a private outside seating area.
