We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe mattress was a bit hard for my taste, but overall this is a minor complaint based on my personal preference.
This property is excellently located and has convenient parking as well. Mr David and his team made me feel very welcomed. The room and my overnight stay was good. The breakfast in the morning I enjoyed as well (selection of meat cuts and cheese as well as croissant).

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was honestly amazing. The owner was so welcoming and so helpful. He showed us everywhere to go and how to get there. The room was amazing, really spacious and clean. The room was cleaned for us and it looked like it did on arrival afterwards, unbelievable. Had such a wonderful stay and Sirmione was breathtaking. Will definitely be back.

SlovakiaI missed a carpet in the room. The tiles were cold and we had our 10 months old baby with us, if she fell, she’d probably hurt herself. We had a blanket though so we used that when she played. I was surprised by the cleaning as mentioned. I mean, if the hotel has the resources for it, ok, but I would think - save water, save washing powder, save labour :) What surprised me the most though was how they handled our personal things. Not only they moved our stuff around a bit, that’s ok, but our PJ’s were folded under the pillows and our travel covers were put back on our toothbrushes. I work in hotels over 10 years and we travel a bit, but I never experienced this and I am not sure how I feel about it :) Last thing - we booked room only. On check in, we weren’t given the option to add breakfast, so we taught we would ask in the morning. In the morning we ordered coffee but again nobody offered us breakfast, so we left. I think if they just offered a croissant, toast or homemade cake or something, it would be nice option for the guests and extra money for the hotel. These are all minor things, we would return again :)
1. The location is great. Shops, restaurants, sightseeing… everything is close by. Our room had a big balcony which was fantastic and would be fab for a longer stay. It can be a bit noisy with cars passing by, but we didn’t mind and maybe it was just our room facing the street…. 2. I loved the cleanliness. Everything was spotless in the room, hallway, everywhere…. We stayed two nights and our room was cleaned after the first night, towels changed… I think many 3/4 stars hotels don’t do this, so this was a bonus I guess, but personally I think it was unnecessary. 3. As mentioned in all reviews, the host is very welcoming and provides you with all info about the area.

They provided us with terrific recommendations for the area and went out of their way to book vespas for us to tour around the Lake and recommended some fantastic places to visit. Nothing is too difficult for them! Very clean rooms with daily housekeeping. Located close to a supermarket, and a great selection of bars and restaurants and gelaterias. It’s a bit of a walk into the old town but for us that was a positive as we like to walk as our way of exploring the area and we found the food options to be better in the area of the hotel than in old town. It’s only a short walk to the beach for a swim!
