We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Greecevery very small room, the TV didn't work and i asked to be fixed but didn't happen, the ac was out of order . there was no refrigerator!! also there was no phone in the room, in case of emergency. OK we new it is a budget room but it was completely out of expectations!!!

The location is very near to the main Mestre Station, so logistics are very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The room is also small, three beds and a little space to walk by them, but actually enough to just sleep there and then explore Venice.

RomaniaThe room was clean, but the hallway and stairs could be cleaned more. Maybe a little renovation wouldn't hurt.
The hotel is as in the description. Old but clean rooms and furniture. Breakfast, perfect. Everything you need! The staff, very kind. We forgot a mobile phone when leaving, they called us that they found it in the room and kept it for 8 days until we returned. Bus stop nearby, restaurants nearby.

GreeceThe internet connection was very bad. We didn’t have signal at all in our room. The room was ok but the walls need painting. They were dirty from using.
I liked the Breakfast and the position of the hotel. all the persons who are working there ,are having very smiley faces all the time. They were very helpful with our questions. The room was cosy with nice temperature. Everyday we had new towels and the lady cleaned the room. The bus station is in front of the hotel and you can arrive in ten min in Venezia.

This hotel is not expensive compared to other hotels. So, I am satisfied it. The staff are nice and good. There are parking places. When I take a shower, the water temperature is hot.

United KingdomThe WiFi was awful, barely got any connection. We had an issue with the heating, asked the reception staff 3 times to have a look but nothing got done about it. The blankets were uncomfortable. So was cold the whole time and couldn’t warm up at all. Can be abit noisy as u can hear when your neighbour use the shower etc and the noises from outside.
Hotel is nice and clean, meets all the basic needs, location is good as not far from train station, shops, shopping centre and restaurants all walking distance. Breakfast was available. The cleaning staff were nice and helpful. Thankyou.

PortugalThe hotel had dust everywhere in the common parts. The room was all dirty on the walls, the curtains were dusty and not clean, the hangers were dirty and broken. The breakfast was poor, bad bread and coffee quality.
The hotel is near a bus stop that brings you to Venice and near the train station that brings you to the airport. The bathroom was clean

United KingdomUnfortunately, no Wifi on my floor although working for lower floors and in the lobby. TV initially not working; turned out that all had been unplugged but I had to work that out myself. Room seemed clean but there were some small ants (approx. 30 killed). I didn't report the 'ants' to reception as only staying one night and spotted when going to bed plus didn't want to cause trouble since wifi and TV issues weren't well received.
Room and breakfast was serviceable for one-night, economy stay near airport. Reception helpful in advising local shops and transportation options.
