No kettle for drinks, otherwise perfect

Excellent location to the termini station, comfortable and clean room, and feels safe. Excellent for the price. There is the option to check in early.

There is no kettle in the room. The bath/shower soap are sachets. You are just renting a room - compared to others who seem to go out of their way to make you comfortable this was such a change.

Its not The nicest part of Rome, but still supergood.

Hotel waa relly clean and nice. Aircondition was excellent and for summer in Rome It is a must. Location was good. You can walk everywhere.

I would like I was informed beforehand on the method payment (cash only) for the city tax.

The room is located at central area, near the train Termini. It is within walking distance a lot of points of interest and amenities. It's equipped with the necessary for a short visit in Rome.

I couldnt meet any of the staff during the whole period of my stay . Couldnt communicate with them , didnt know where do they stay in case I need to ask about anything .

No bottled water and no breakfast option. After hours access was a little tough. I advise you to read ALL the emails that come in through Booking.

Location - proximity to the train station was the best feature. The room was clean and spacious. Wifi signal was spotty at times.

The lack of any staff available at any time that I was in the room was somewhat disconcerting. I returned late one evening and the lights in the room did not work. Apparently a fuse was out. This was not a great problem as the light in the bathroom still worked and I could see to get to bed, but with no one there, ever (except to clean when I was at work) if the problem had been more important, there would have been no solution.

It is a decent sized room and the location for what I needed was perfect. The instructions on how to get were very clear.

the fact that after check out, the luggage storage was in an open space inside the reception, but without receptionist. So even they have cameras, it does not feel safe

Traffic was loud, but it's Rome so you probably can't get away from it! I certainly recommend this accommodation, but just bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper cause the traffic starts at 640/7am!

The spring mattress was too hard. It was not for me.

One room had poor air conditioning, drain, think if brought to attention they could have fixed.

Clean and quiet, location to Termini, beds comfortable, one room was cool. Fixed drain issue when mentioned. Staff were kind. Interesting building. Lift.

Very frustrating that the hotel staff is only available from 9:00 to 13:00. Coupled with the fact that they want you out of the room from 9:00 until 12:00, you only have from 12:00 to 13:00 to get passport information to the staff and pay the city tax. Also, since the staff is not available in the afternoon or evening, it can be impossible to get in the front door unless someone comes out of the building.

Location was great. Just a few blocks from the train station and metro. 15 minute walk to the Coliseum and Forum.

Hard to find at first - inside a building. Not much directly in that particular neighborhood to walk to or places to eat.

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the train station. Elevator. Adequate space. Great if you are looking for a basic clean and friendly place to sleep near Termini. Walking distance to the highlights of Rome. Good value.
