We had informed about our earlier arrival but did not receive our access codes before arriving at the accommodation so we had a little trouble getting in. The room was also not cleaned prior to our arrival, but luckily the cleaning lady arrived shortly after us and she arranged the room spotlessly. All and all we really appreciated that we were able to check in earlier. I also would have liked to have had an extra toilet roll and not just one as no staff is present. Even though there was no one in the reception the owner/s were very easy to get a hold of via WhatsApp. The local area lacks a better selection of restaurants, which is not the accommodations fault. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by Le Petit Bijou. We arranged the airport transfer that they offer and we got a really nice driver. The room was bigger than expected and we had a nice view of a church. Nice decor in the room. The cleaning of the room was good. The shower lotion smelled amazing. We liked that there was a fridge available and a well functioning AC in the room. One of the best sleeps I've ever had has been in this place. During our stay it was quiet, and with a reasonable distance to sights such as the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. I don't mind coming back here.

No noise isolation. You can hear the cars in the street, even with the closed window, and the people in the corridor. I wouldn't say I liked that I needed to send my ID via WhatsApp for the registration and provide sensitive personal info via the Google Form

The sound insulation of the appartment is not so good but it wasn't annoying. I suggest to add a clothing iron in the room because it isn't easy to travel with it and sometimes you need it.

The location is perfect, less than 15 minutes walking from the Fontana di Trevi and 5 minutes from metro station. We had the room No 6 and it was small but perfect for what we needed. The rooms are cleaned by the staff every day. The bed is very comfortable and everything is needed for the bathroom they have it and reloa. Finally, there is enough space to put your stuff.

Very good location, but at the same time in a relatively quiet street. Not far from Termini station and a few nice little coffee shops close by. Clean room, spacious enough and comfortable bed. Communication with host was very good.

Our room was cleaned after the first night, towels taken but weren't replaced. This was resolved very quickly with correspondance with the staff and fresh towels were made available immediately. Shower base leaked slightly but nothing that made any affect to us.

Staff booking was very helpful, we made 2 individual bookings as we extended our stay and the staff were very accommodating and kept us in the same upgraded room which was very helpful for my pregnant wife. Location was in a very nice area with bus and metro routes a handful of minutes away.

Sound isolation was not great - we could hear other guests in the next rooms and in the hallway, but it was not too loud/disturbing. A minor inconvenience.

Helpful staff - let us leave luggage after check out, and provided extra bed sheet at request. Good AC.

A little difficult to find as it’s not a traditional hotel. It’s an apartment in a residential building which has been converted in to a hotel. The only person I saw was the cleaner. Any assistance was provided via WhatsApp.

Our room specifically was a little bit dark, cause it had no balcony or window looking outside. Because of that, the bathroom also needed an extra ventilation. The soundproofing was also not so great. The building looks a little odd but dont be scared when you enter, go upstairs, you'll be fine. XOXO

The rooms are perfectly located, ~10m walk from main attractions (fontana, pantheon etc). The bed was comfy, hot water at all times. We also loved the coffee machine and endless cookies at the entrance.

Room is a little tight for 2 people with luggage.

Room was clean, access was easy and secure, had an elevator, location was excellent, water was hot in the shower, view from the balcony was really nice. Was able to walk to all the main centers in Rome, would recommend for a quick stay if you're not looking for anything fancy.

Top-notch cleanliness. Rooms are cleaned every day; change of towels and replenishing of shower gels and soaps daily. Free coffee and tea available in the common kitchenette. Communication with owner was smooth and very helpful. We even got a taxi service from airport to hotel through Le Petit Bijou.

Bathroom very clean and new but a bit cramped. Balcony a plus but it was extremely busy, noisy with traffic though this did die down at night.

Entry to room is through reception, on the fourth floor, a keypad door and further keypad to room so felt very safe. Room not huge but adequate, very nicely decorated and very clean with great storage, extra pillows & a fridge. It was cleaned daily & fresh towels & communal coffee machine a treat. Air con appreciated and television had great signal and access to English speaking channels such as YouTube. Only staff member seen was the cleaner but prompt & helpful response from WhatsApp communication. Area was nice but not much to do with restaurants and bars limited. However, we did find Le Bruschetta restaurant a few streets over where the food was great and reasonable and we spotted a few returning customers like ourselves.
