You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SpainLovely location, next to the beach, the restaurant is good food as does the beach hut where there is bed + umbrellas as a gift for people staying. Clean and comfortable. Good communication with the owner when questions were needed to answer. Thank you Le Dune!

United KingdomShower wasn’t great, excess water was all over the floor and the water temperature was a rollercoaster. Also the breakfast, although I’m aware that Sicilians like their breakfast sweet, I.e. pastries and cakes, it would be good to have at least some boiled eggs as an option. There was bread and various salame, but we don’t eat meat so that wasn’t ideal.
Location was great, and the staff were friendly. Good that there are two decent restaurants within walking distance

NetherlandsBreakfast was only a hour a day. Not very much choice, and no refilling. So tou better be at the start of breakfast time (only at 08:30) there. The beach around the property was a stone beach, not very pleasant which made us go to Cefalu for that. Lots of messages, too much, the day of arrival to tell when we would arrive. The restaurant that is on the plot, nobody speaks any more English then please and thank you. Quality is decent at best.
Rooms looked recently renovated, good big spacious bathroom with shower and seperate bath. We really liked the matrasses on it, and the owner is a nice women.

SpainYou feel welcome until you reach the departure day. If you expect to use the umbrellas/sun beds free of charge, as announced in some other commebts, you better stay multiple nights. for one night, no extra benefits. You better choose another beach and leave quickly.

FranceBooking included shuttle service from and to Lascari station. When asked about it the owner first said the car broke then when we were almost there he said that he'll send someone to pick us up.(!?!) We walked 35 min on 40°C with our backpacks to get there. Photos of the property don't reflect 100% real state and restaurant charges you €1.5 for the service (😕 appearently it's a common thing in Italy but we still found it a bit shocking) I felt like the room we got wasn't the one shown in photos when I did the reservation
Cleaning was really good and discreet, staff and food lovely (Rosi is such a beautiful soul and made our stay so much more comfortable thank you). Garden and restaurant are pretty especially during the night. Close to the beach.

MaltaThe location of accomodoation is about 10 mins by car from Cefalu and next to the Salinelle beach. Restaurant has a good selection and moderate prices. On arrival we were met by Rosi who was great with us and always available to assist.

BulgariaThere were towels missing in the room. Also, there were a lot of bees on the breakfast which were touching the food and I found that very inappropriate. In addition, we asked for a coffee 3 times and in the end it came with a wrong order . Furthermore, when we arrived we had to wait for the staff to enter the room through the window because they couldn't open the door.
