The couple that ran the place was very nice & friendly. Locate close to the airport. The room was a very nice size ,& very clean. Had to walk a bit to get dinner & the restaurants were closed. We found a market on the main street & the lady that worked in the food section was very kind. She did not speak English. But my little Italian we did fine. Food was traditional Italian home style. Seafood salad & fresh with Italian style vegetables & homemade Italian bread. Very good all fresh too.

CanadaThe kitchenette that was in our room was only available if we paid extra. There was no coffee available in the room and the coffee station near reception wasn’t working. I didn’t like the area. There was only one place close by that was open for dinner…thankfully it was pretty good. I was disappointed at how people didn’t clean up after their dogs. There was dog poop everywhere that we had to dodge on our way to the restaurant.
The room was large, clean and had a mini fridge for my husband’s medicine. We were given water bottles upon arrival. Also there was a cute outdoor patio. Doors and windows were very secure, which we liked since it was ground level. Shuttle service to airport was available for 8 euro per person if you booked the day before.

If you are looking for a hotel to stay between flights at Fiumicino, this is a good option ! Self-check in and check-out ran smoothly, rooms had good infrastructure, plus they work with two drivers in the region that charge way less than taxis. There is a public bus that can get you close to the hotel as well, you have to look for the Cotral bus stop at the airport exit.

United States of AmericaEverything was good with the exception of the pillows which made this stay very uncomfortable. The pillows felt like they were stuffed will balls of yarn, we both woke up with our necks and back hurting bad which was not fun considering we had to get on an airplane.
We stayed here the night before flying out of the Fiumicino airport to be close which was great, they offer a shuttle service to the airport for $20 as long as you schedule ahead of time. The hosts were very nice!

United States of AmericaWe selected this hotel because it was very close to the airport and would be convenient for our 12-hour overnight layover. The cab ride to get there was 35 euro (even though it was probably only a mile away)! To top it off, the local cabs only wanted Euros and we did not have many left as it was our last day. We ended up having to get an Uber, which cost over 50 Euros! The hotel gave us several names of car services. We were able to reach one and he did not show up despite assuring us he would be there. I would not trust any car service they provide as none were responsive. Once we arrived (which took over 2 hours to actually get transportation) there is no staff to help you after 8PM. You receive Whats App instructions to open a lock box that had your key. When we got there, the entire front of the hotel was black, and we could not see anything. I believe the neighborhood had a brief blackout during that time, but it made us feel incredibly unsafe. For what we spent in cabs, we could have stayed at the Hilton which had a free shuttle. Once settling in, we tried to sleep but the hotel must be on the flight path and it was extremely loud and impossible to sleep.
The hotel and room were all as expected—it was clean and close to the airport. It was a fair price, as all we wanted was a room while we waited for our connecting flight, which had a 12-hour overnight layover.

RussiaI was surprised that we didn't find even any glasses in the room. It was clear that usage of kitchenette is at extra cost but not even single use glasses - that was surprising. Another thing good to know is that despite 4km distance from FCO transportation is quite expensive (€35 from airport and €25 to airport), so it will not give you any savings comparing to airport hotels if you account for any.
Room was spacious.As welcome gift there were water bottles in the fridge - very useful as we arrived late and had no water with us. Staff is very accommodating and helpful, all communications were timely and clear. There are number of restaurants around in walking proximity open until fairly late.
