Terrific accommodations steps from the Realto bridge. We enjoyed our overnight stay and our host Maurizio was terrific. Lots of steps to climb, but very manageable, and Maurizio was very helpful.

Nothing it was all good.

Everything. Mauricio was such a lovely host and had so much complimentary food and drinks that we could have for breakfast (even though technically breakfast wasn’t included). The rooms were clean and tidy and the roof top amazing. Mauricio even leaves a bottle of bubbles in the fridge complimentary. Yes there are very steep stairs and a lot of them but if you can carry your bag up them it is worth it. It is also very central to everything.

Room could have been a little cleaner in nooks & crannies.

Host was very cheery. Proximity to attractions, shops & restaurants was excellent. The rooftop patio was amazing! Espresso bar & water was appreciated. Room tidying service daily was nice. Plenty of space, especially liked the addition of common spaces.

So much to like! Room was brilliant. We had a junior suite which was perfect for two female travellers as we had a bedroom each. The snacks and drinks were very welcome after a long day. The roof top terrace was brilliant and such a bonus. It was also extremely handy to have a lockable cupboard to keep our luggage in on our last day after check out and toilet facilities. Location was fabulous. Maurizio was a brilliant host who took the time to show us round the building. He was kind enough to offer to give us an umbrella when heavens opened on our last day when we were heading back to the airport. As others have said, there are some long steep steps into the facility but you get used to it pretty quickly and there is a stair lift for any heavy luggage. Definitely recommend.

Second time staying in La Finestra sulle Beccarie. The host is so hospitable. The place is excellent. The room and common area are spotless. The facilities are excellent. The location is great. The rooftop is a huge bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation couldn’t have been in a better location yet was quiet and comfortable. The host were very welcoming and ample snacks were provided which we were grateful for.

Everything: the location (near the Rialto bridge), the large apartment, the breakfast (offered), the kitchen, the amazing coffee machine, the nice and modern decoration of the location, the high quality of all equipments, the great host (Maurizio). The stairs to access the facilities may be an issue for some people, but we were aware of it before the trip. We got used to it very quickly.

The modern updates with the historic charm of the building surpassed our expectations! It’s also a must to spend some time on the terrace which provides a quiet escape from the noise of the city while providing amazing views of the surrounding area.

We had such a lovely stay at this property and I highly recommend it to everyone. The service we received from the host was exceptional and he went above and beyond for us. The views from both our balcony and roof terrace were incredible. The room itself was spacious clean and extremely comfortable. Location was outstanding, right near to rialto bridge. Cannot fault this property at all. Directions prior to arrival were detailed which made our journey to the hotel effortless. We cannot thank the host enough for our amazing stay and I would definitely be recommending it to friends and family

We do enjoy cooking as we are pretty fussy eaters. So were glad to have the kitchen area although didnt realise we couldnt use it to cook food. Understandable though. It wasnt a massive issue we just had an excuse to let ourselves go and enjoy the venitian food :)

Our room, terrace, balcony and the communal areas are beautiful. We sat on the terrace in Feb drinking our proseco and made memories :) The apartments are beautifully designed and very well located. Very clean and tidy and had everything we needed while we stayed.

The terrace could have had a covered portion to enjoy when it’s raining!

Maurizio was a really lovely and welcoming host. There were always treats in the kitchen and dining area which felt much more wholesome than a hotel. The room itself was clean, beautiful and spacious and Maurizio even gifted us a bottle of Prosecco. It was raining so we couldn’t enjoy the terrace as much but can imagine it would be gorgeous in summer. Also really great central location, as wasn’t too touristy in our immediate vicinity but still really close to Rialto etc.

The stairs are fairly long and steep but the owner has installed a bag lift to help guests if required.

We liked everything about the property. Great location, very nice place with ample room and facilities, keeping in mind you are in Venice. The host Maurizio was fantastic and very welcoming, even helping us with our bags up the stairs. There is a great viewing deck on the roof, which is perfect for a wine and hanging out.

Everything was perfect!!! The location was ideal, everything was nearby and easily accessible on foot! The room was cleaned every day and had everything we needed. The terrace is excellent even for the first days of winter, ideal for an afternoon stroll. Above all, however, Maurizzio is the heart of the accommodation! unique, he served us a lot, polite, always smiling and honestly he is the person you would like to meet in every new destination! we thank him for everything! Whilst the hotel is very clean generally, in our bathroom there was a tiny bit of dust in the cups on the bathroom shelf - minor thing though really.

It is in a great location literally a few minutes walk from the Rialto bridge. The hotel comes with lots of nice extras like coffee, cake, water machine and even a bottle of Prosecco included in the room! Along with a very spacious room you also have access to a roof terrace with great views. Check in was easy and friendly so no complaints there too.

Maurizio is a very warm host and really cares that his guests have a good experience. The apartment had everything we needed, and as others have said, the food and drinks that are available for guests are a very welcome addition

We loved everything about it.... since we were physically able to go up and down the stairs. It would be tricky for people with mobility issues.

The location was wonderful, easy to walk from the apartment everywhere. The rooftop deck was wonderful and the way that we were treated by the hosts was lovely. The place was incredibly clean and inviting
