Bed was way too hard, I like a softer mattress and had to swop rooms with my Dad so he ended up having a kingsize room all to himself and me and my 6ft 5 husband squashed into a double room. Sleep is too important to miss and as they stated luxury, I did expect better beds for the money. The other thing I didn't like was our bathroom. It was painted black, so in the dark in the middle of the night, if you got up you couldn't see anything, there were no little lights to help you see. And it was small with pointy edges so a bit difficult in the night.

Location was great, room was quiet as faced the back of the building. Facilities were great, had everything you needed. Staff were excellent and helped with everything.

The only thing we didn’t like about the property was the bed. It was a little hard and pillows a little worn out. That’s our only complaint.

I liked everything.

Excellent rooms, huge compared to what you find elsewhere, comfortable bed, nights were completely silent ensuring a good night sleep. The staff is super helpful with the explanations of where to go, they are proactive to your needs. The room has a complementary minibar with Prosecco, water, sodas and refilled, a Nespresso machine and cookies. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone. It’s close enough to what matters in Rome without the masses of tourists at your doorstep.

The property was a lovely building, located on the 3rd floor. Very high ceilings which was great, room was very spacious. Amazing shower very big. Location was great 15-30mins from all main attractions and lots of great restaurants.

Everything was great.

We were warmly welcomed by the super friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very nice, with a comfortable bed, a big TV screen, a kettle and coffee machine and complimentory snacks and beverages. The place is small, only a few rooms and limited service on site, but everything was very well organized. The facilities were quiet and inviting, everything top quality. We loved the place and will definitively stay here again!

The location was very near to the main important touristic attractions. It is basically in the middle between Vatican and Colosseum

The staff is only there from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. Also, JB Relais quoted us 55€ for the transport to the airport, but when we arrived, the driver told us this was the cash rate. The credit card rate was 70€. He ended up charging us 60€.

The location is stellar. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

As a solo female traveler, it just made me too anxious that the hotel was not staffed after midday. I was very nervous about getting locked out or having some other concern without anyone there to assist. It is a great place for someone without those concerns, but just not the right setup for me.

Minor annoyance of the wardrobe door banging (had to keep the doors open to avoid the banging when walking around the room) not a huge issue at all- would not stop us from staying again :)

Air con worked well, very important in the Italian summer! Good shower, nice size bathroom. Bed was comfortable and TV had Netflix which was a bonus! Good location, 5 mins walk to all bars and restos. A nice touch to have bath robes in the room! Helpful staff.

Only issue is the early closure of the reception, it would be nice to have someone there for the evenings to provide tips and recommendations of where to go for evening dinner.

Fantastic location with super helpful staff. The room met expectations regarding cleanliness and comfort. Getting to and from the hotel was really easy and the car service for the airport pickup and collection was of a very high standard.
