The other visitors were very loud and noisy i couldnt sleep they dont respect the instructions i wouls love if the staff advise them ! Or insist on respecting the rules

Excellet location, metro station down the stay Train station is near , duomo and all stuff are by metro The room is clean confortable bed, additional blanket , bathroom is clear hot water is always available I loved the place

There is only one bathroom which contains both the shower and toilet so if someone is showering you just have to hold it until they finish. Thin walls.

Cheap place to stay close to a metro station. The staff were nice and let us check in as soon as our room was ready. Very basic room but it is clean.

You may have a bit of a wait for the bathroom, one for 4 rooms, and the decor is definitely not a selling point, nor are the hours the reception is functional

Not enough hot water, 1 shower for 6 rooms. We didn’t get enough for our 2 showers in late afternoon. The cleaning ladies stated really early in the morning, which woke us il at about 7 (talking in the corridor), and what’s more, they opened the door of the room while we were still nicely waking up in bed…! The door was unlocked because we had used the bathroom for one of us and the other one was about to go as well, but yet we were very lightly dressed and that was very embarrassing…

No shower gell, no coffe/tea, things were almost broken (shower door), Bed was the cheep, all the doors make a lot of squealing when you open/close them,and since it is a shared apartment with multiple units with multiple guests at once it could wake you up during the night. Bathroom is also shared, thus it should be cleaned more often (It wasnt cleaned during our 2 day stay).

Location is good and the girl working on the reception was kind and polite.

Hot water in the shower was limited. It is finished after 5 minutes of use, and we had to wait for another 10 minutes to get warm water.

The room surrounding is extremely noisy. The room is right beside the elevator of the apartment. The entire night and early morning people were making noises, which is why we could not sleep. They should consider changing the door with a soundproof material.

The only two good things about this property is: 1. The Location - Excellent location with metro and railway station at walking distance. 2. Size of the Room - Excellent ceiling height that makes it look spacious.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. We both had a sore back after the 2 nights, plus it's just 2 mattresses put together to make one big bed. The walls were very thin so you could hear everything happening in the other bedrooms. The shower was very small, and my husband struggled with the head constantly falling out.

It was a private bedroom which was quite large in size, easy for big luggage. The location was quite good, with a metro right down below. WiFi was good 👍 probably getting what you pay for.

The shower could have been in better condition. The sound insulation was not great from the entrance and you could hear anyone coming in from outside. In general a fair 2 day stay for a seminar, just ticked the box.

Great location of the hotel. Just in front of the entrance door was the metro station entrance. Walking distance to central train station of Milan. Size was good even for 2 people. The lady that took care of my reservation was helpful. Bed was comfy.

The AC fan is not equipped to cool a room that big so it was pretty stuffy and warm in there but we weren't able to have it running long before bed. The handles for the rooms need some grease...they are noisy!

The staff was fantastic with communication. Me & my daughter were coming in late at night and they helped with getting us to the hotel down to what direction i needed to go up from off the subway. Super helpful! Loved the location directly off the steps of the subway which was so nice when we didn't want to walk with our suitcases late at night from the train station. Clean shared bathroom which was nice.

Very clean room with small kitchen ink. Fridge and bathroom. The Apartment is in the private building. Three rooms in one Apartment so you need share bathroom wir another guest. Near to Metro. Good for few days in Milano. Nothing special, just okay.

You can hear literally everything from other rooms, the hallway, outside, everything. I'm not a light sleeper and I had trouble falling asleep. Also you can feel the strings through the mattress. There's no air conditioning so if you travel during august brace yourself for a hot night.

The hostess was funny and very professional and explained everything in detail. The apartment and room itself were big enough for one night and oh Lord that pressure in the shower was best I've had in a long time!

The shower was leaking and a panel of the shower cubicle broken. The beds were not very comfortable. The sockets in the room were partly broken, it didn't appear electrically safe.

It was mostly quiet and the room spacious.
