The breakfast was excellent in terms of variety and quality :) The location was perfect and close to everything. Our room is big enough as a family room. Cleanness was great, they cleaned and tidied up the room more than once per day! even though it was not necessary. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff :)

Beds super comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting Venice. The concierges were so helpful to guide and had great restaurant recommendations. We also limed the rooftop terrace- perfect for evening drink after dinner. There were also lots of gathering places within hotel. Breakfast was really good and capuccinos were the best. Loved our stay and would highly recommend!

There’s nothing I can immediately think of that I didn’t like.

This is my second time staying at the hotel and I’m so pleased it’s just as great (if not better) than my first stay! The staff was welcoming and helpful; the accommodations were clean and comfortable; the restaurant team was also extremely warm and welcoming and the food delicious. It’s also an incredible location making it easy to navigate Venice by foot!

The beds were hard and we couldn’t open the blinds due to privacy issues (room 11). Mosquitoes were a problem in our room.

Breakfast buffet was wonderful with plenty of options. Our room was one of the smaller ones with no view, but we didn’t mind. The bathroom was actually quite big with a double sink which is unusual for European hotels. We appreciated that the hotel has its own dock for easy water taxi travel, a beautiful rooftop sitting area with amazing views, a great location in Venice for exploring, and a very courteous and helpful front desk staff to help with anything needed. We will definitely return.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. It was not located in an area crowded with people, but yet very close to a gondola stop, shops and restaurants. We found it an easy walk from the San Marco dock. The hotel has a very historic and elegant feel. It almost feels like you step back in time from the moment you enter. They also offer a complimentary tour to Murano Island to witness the art of glass blowing. It was truly a fantastic experience. The gentleman at the front desk that scheduled this, as well as arranging for our water taxi to the airport, was exceptional and always so pleasant. I am so upset that we cannot recall his name. All that we remember is that he lives in Lido. There was also the sweetest lady who works in the breakfast area that was so kind and bubbly every morning. After serving my husband coffee the first morning, she remembered how he liked it the next day which was so impressive considering the amount of people that she serves daily. All of the staff that we came into contact with were great! What makes this hotel superior is definitely the wonderful family that works here. They also left a bottle of Prosecco on ice waiting for us in our room for our 30th wedding anniversary. Super kind and considerate touch! Hotel Saturnia was a fabulous stay and a great memory!!

Incredible property in a perfect location! The junior suite room was a great size, and we had a beautiful canal view from our windows. The staff catered to every need and breakfast was just amazing. This hotel is elegant and perfect in every way!!! Awesome is all I can say. A true gem in Venice!!!

The location was fabulous. we also liked that the hotel had very nice hot breakfast included. The hotel also had a complimentary trip included to Murano and glass blowing experience.

1) The Bar staff were not friendly. 2) The bar closed early ( entrance was locked)on two nights to late arrivals (40 mins before stated closing time)but continued to serve people already in the bar even though most were not staying in the Hotel. On complaining they claimed to be too busy and it made no difference that we were staying in the hotel The barmaid had bad attitude stating she was tired and stressed. 3)We were disappointed to see the Hotel room was priced £70 per night cheaper on Booking.com for the last night at the end of our holiday. However this may be down to Booking.Com rather than the Hotel.

Lovely Hotel , Staff ( Reception, Breakfast, Maids, concierge) were excellent. The room was very nice & traditional. The hotel is a very clean & in a great location .Breakfast was very good

We stayed 2 nights in a double room which had no wifi at all. We were switched to a different room which had wifi but there was construction going on, so there was noise in the morning, but we were out all day so it didn’t bother us that much.

Location is superb. Breakfast is amazing and staff at breakfast is very helpful and very nice. We spent only one night in a junior suite which was beautiful and had a wonderful view of the canal with gondoliers going by.
