Location is perfect, three minutes from the central railway station and the stop of the airport bus. Good view to the northernmost square of Africa. :)

The area felt a bit unsafe, especially at nights. We were aware of that so we avoided walking there late at night. In the end it was not a problem for us, but if we had wanted to go see the nightlife of Naples, we probably would have opted for a hotel in a safer area.

The location right next to the train station was a huge plus. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was how we expected, it had all basic necessities that we could need. The AC was a lifesaver in mid-august.

The cleaning regime was not perfect, On my second day I nudged the bin in the bathroom to reveal a disposable razor. So a room which could reasonably have been presumed to have been cleaned before I arrived and after my first night clearly hadn't been done so thoroughly. Not a huge problem but not an incentive to consider staying here in the future.

Very handy for the train station. Although situated in a very busy and lively area the double glazing and shutters ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Plenty of restaurants, cafes,bars and fast food joints nearby.

The hotel listing said check-in was available until 0.00 and I had an evening flight so entered my arrival as between 23.00 and 0.00. The day before my arrival date at 7pm, I was told I could not check-in then. When I pointed out the listing times, I was told I could check-in up to 23.59. The whole conversation seemed pointlessly stressful. In the event I checked in without issue at about 23.10. The staff are incredibly noisy from about 7am. Take ear plugs if you want to sleep later than that. Room was quite dimly lit.

The hotel's requirement to leave the keycard at the reception every time I leave the hotel even for few minutes I find very annoying and inconvenient.

Hotel's location is very convenient - easy access to wherever one might have to go. Walking distance both to the main train station and the Old city, most of the landmarks. I particularly liked the wooden floor in the room, looks beautiful. Pretty nice price.

The shower is very, very, Very(x10) small, I am a skinny guy and I was hitting the walls and te glass door with my elbows all the time, it's located at the corner and its a triangle with around 70 centimeters at the two squere sides, it has e very, very huge hand washer, the space that occupies is a lot bigger than the space for the shower. I like to travel to Italy to know more about its history but definitely I don't want to know about the history of this room's toilet, it needs to be changed urgently as well as the hand washer, a full renovation to the bathroom will be nice because its big enough to have a good sized shower and a cofi toilet that uses less water ( it was liking by the way) Pillows are barely filled and like a rock, the size of the room. It's good enough considering that it's Europe.

I cannot complain because I paid a very low price and I believe it was good for the price, But if someday return I won't pay an euro more

Wished there was a kettle in the room

Beautiful vintage furniture in the room, it has a local character and feels unique. The hotel is very close to the main train station, yet is very quiet and peaceful. The room has a bath, comfortable bed and linens, black out blinds so it’s good for sleeping in. The staff is super nice and helpful 🙂
