The beds were not comfortable, they were not smooth and flat with many irregularities that give us some back pain the day after. There was a lot of noise from outside because our room was with windows to the square in front of the hotel.

it's the second time in this hotel and we got a great overall experience. The location of the Hotel is good. Close to public transport and very close to supermarkets, restaurants, and other entertainment options. There was a great breakfast included for a fair price.

I was expecting a bigger room with balcony as said in description but was small and with a window but it was okay.

The windows are very thin..you can hear everything from the outside.

Sound from the street was terrible, it wasn't possible to sleep during the night (probably problem with windows only in our room).

There are garbage cans right in front of the windows. and people make a lot of noise late at night and early morning there. Bring your earplugs right away, since the hotel doesn't have it.

The location is 20 minutes far from the piazzale Roma by bus. The neighborhood is nice, good public transport connections.

The door/opening of the shower cubicle needs to be improved upon.

Good location, near to the public transport, we arrive early in te morning and the staff receive us the luggage, that made us easier our time in Venecia. Lovely balconies

at late night the surrounding was very dark with no life .. so felt shady

parking is quite far from the hotel. there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room.

Plug sockets in the bedroom didn't always work reliably. Bathroom fittings rather old and could do with updating. There was a huge amount of noise in the corridors late at night though that's not really the hotel's fault!

Excellent location, friendly, welcoming and efficient staff, room was very small and fairly basic but perfectly clean and comfortable.

Really small room. There are many ants everywhere.

The stay was good. The staff was always nice and friendly. The location is very good, very close to the bus stop and 15 min walk to the train station. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean but nothing special. Breakfast was great.
