It was really amazing. The best bed I've had in along time and the bed linen where super fancy, nice and sof but crispt, probably satinated Egyptian cotton 😍. The staff was super helpful and they waited for us because we arrived quite late in the night.

Amazing find perfect for 1 or 2 night stay. Very comfortable bed and bedding, free minibar a treat, kettle and tea in room too. Delightful decor, spacious and welcoming, lift up. Somewhat pricey given no breakfast, but convenience and comfort compensated. Only (minor) criticisms are noise from front-facing rooms - my request for a quiet room seems to have been missed - and only a waterfall shower head so can't rinse easily.

This is the second time that we stay here. This hotel has an unbeatable location, close to central station and Vesuviana railway to Pompei and Sorrento. Also the staff is really great. The lift, a bit small had a bit of a struggle with the baby stroller but it wasnt too bad. Also the entrance is quite easy to miss

The room was very big, clean, the hotel staff was very helpful in storing our luggage before the check in time. The location is great, right at the train station, very easy to get a taxi from there too.

What a lovely, welcoming,warm and friendly staff! Wonderful conversations with Cassie, Natasha and Giulia! Patiently and so warmly gave us tips on things to do, see,, eat and drink in napoli. Location is perfect - few meters from train station,right opposite metro, very clean room, comfy beds, tastefully decorated.relax room with free good coffee and books. This place has class and character! Shall gladly come again! Big Thanks to the staff again!

There was a heater but I didn't know how to use it and I was lazy to ask help, so I had a bit cold in the room. But I'm sure the staff would have fixed it if I have bothered them.

I liked the room. The fact that there was a little fridge and a table for working. It was also very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The place was also quite silent or maybe I was just lucky with the other guests.

The entrance to the hotel is too low for tall people - please take care :-) No breakfast, but we could manage it in a nice way - Sfogliatelle and coffee are ten meters away (Pastry)

The hotel was hidden and hard to be found from the street. To reach it, you have to enter a very old wooden door, and take an old style metal cage elevator up to the third floor. However, Don't get fooled by its appearances, once you reach to its entrance, you will find it to be a very modernized hotel. The room was in fairly good size and very clean with everything we needed. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. It's three minutes walking from the central train station, as well as close to the city center.

The sign at street level could easily be missed especially for travellers arriving in the evening. Bathroom was a bit tight and the step up into the bathroom was a little unexpected.

Very close to Napoli Centrale train station and to the Metro. The 'how to find us' video sent by the hotel prior to arrival was very helpful - given that entry to the inner courtyard and then to the lift to level 2 of the building is via big timber doors with no signage. Pleasant and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable.

It was cold in the room, really ) In the morning I had to wait for warm water several minates to take a shower. Toilet was soooo close to the shower glasswall that it was difficult to seat :D Electricity switches (automats) inside the room were doing zzzzzz noize entire night, so after few hours of alcohol effect the noize started to be disturbing for sleeping

Safer area of Garibaldi square. Close to central railway station. Was easy to find, because staff sent a video guide :) There is a nice relax area with tables, to seat, drink some wine. Natasha receptionist was very kind and comunicative - thanks, I enjoyed conversation ❤️
