The Resort is beautiful. It is large enough, very clean. The place is very well maintained, the gardens as well. The staff is very well trained and particularly kind, although I am convinced that it is not easy for them. The food is very good and very varied. Anyone can find food to their taste. We slept at the bungalow, but it was very pleasant, quiet, clean. I had a rental car, but I only left the resort twice. We enjoyed the sea, the gardens, the pool and especially our little granddaughter.

The one and only thing I didn’t like was that the air conditioner was very loud in our bungalow and it was difficult to sleep because of that.

There was nothing to do on a rainy day. No indoor pool that kids can use (there's a sauna with an indoor pool with an extra charge but it's only for adults). No games room. All the guests were just sitting around bored. I think a 5-star hotel should offer more for a rainy day. It is difficult to get a reservation in the al a carte restaurants but the buffet was great so it wasn't an issue for us. You have to walk around trying to find one of the Entertainment Staff if you want to borrow sports equipment. Reception weren't able to help - just told us to look for the staff in the blue shirts, who weren't always that easy to locate. I think the hotel could have a better system. It was all a bit confusing.

The quality of food and drinks was excellent. The buffet restaurant had a huge selection and changed daily. Large swimming pools and a nice but stony private beach. The staff were friendly and there were good options for outdoor activities such as tennis and football.

The buffet restaurant was OK and convenient, but not the greatest food. The a-la-carte restaurants were fully booked for the whole week, already from the day we arrived. That was quite disappointing. However, we signed up on the waiting list and did get the occasional spontaneous table for dinner. But you have to be ready to pick up the phone at anytime, otherwise they'll give the table to the next person on the list.

Great family vacation. Very nice room with a wonderful view of the sea. The Kids Club staff were excellent! They went the extra mile for our children and made it quite memorable. We all had a great time. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Not all services/ restaurants were available during our stay, despite being advertised on the list of acomodations. To get to our room we had to go to a separate building, making us walk on the rain and cold. Not worth the money.

I can't say there was something I disliked but I would have given few advices: If you don't download their app when you go to the room there won't be any info , booklet or anything like that. I'd suggest you put the same scan code in the rooms so people can scan it and access hotel info Limited availability to the A La Carte Restaurants

The quality and knowledge of the staff. I have travelled around the world and this might be the first place where staff seems to be generally happy to work. Very organised! Very impressed

Not enough drinking water in the room (we got just 2 little still bottles daily for 3 people). Lack of access to indoor swimming pool for children in a colder season. Extremely loud air conditioner!!! We would drive crazy during summer. Low water pressure and absence of exhaust system in a bathroom.

It is a nice place to stay. The most important is the staff. The personnel people are highly professional individuals with great hearts. Helping to experience Sicilian hospitality in full. Hats off for all who works there! The food is great. The views are amazing.

We loved our four night stay at the Grand Palladium. The food was incredible and the pool was brilliant. The bars are well stocked in a variety of pool side drinks. The hotel is clean and the staff are super helpful. The downloadable app is very useful in seeing what is on offer. I would thoroughly reccomend booking food at each of the eateries when you arrives as tables get booked quickly. Our favourite was the Asian. We are already looking at returning next year!

This is not specifically about the hotel, but the hotel is not accessible by public transport and the only taxi in the area has a monopoly and will tell you one price (€10) and then charge extortionate prices just because he can (€50 for a 10 minute drive to the train station). The train station is only about an hour gentle walk (straight line no hills) so unless you’ve got a lot of baggage it’s worth walking to avoid using the price gouging taxi

The Resort is lovely, the food is amazing. Tried all the ala carte restaurants, my partner loved the Thai, but I preferred Portofino, but even the buffet food is amazing. Cocktails are the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive. Lovely beach and swimming pools

Huge territory, spacious, renovated and comfortable rooms with various entertaining activities. Food was great, excellent variety every day! I was very impressed by the service in the restaurant whether its lunch, dinner or breakfast. Staff is friendly, prompt. The organisation is at high level, as in the michelin star restaurant. I enjoyed my everyday yoga with Natalia, wish there was an option for an 1 hour course :) Also, big appreciation for the head animator of the evening shows! what a professional comedian and how it was interesting to witness the shows and to participate in it. Antony, the pianist, was one of a kind! Every evening in the lobby we were enjoying the live music and it was a delight! The hotel exceeded my exactions and I definitely aim to come back!

It can get very noisy near the pools, as a couple we would consider upgrading to the signature level for a quieter more relaxed stay if we returned.

A large hotel complex with lots of activities for both adults and children. Rooms are spacious and clean with plenty of storage and a mini fridge which is re-stocked daily. The pool areas can get very noisy, we found the designated sandy beach area quieter, it's cleaned of any pebbles/stones daily although the coastline itself is very pebbly. All the staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. We booked a couples massage which was amazing, very relaxing. The buffet restaurant food is varied & has something for everyone. We had an amazing stay and would definitely return.

If you go there you have to book the good restaurant much before or you won’t have place, Not so much activities for young adults, I would add a Bar with billiard and football table with some games and drinks
