Everything was amazing! It was the best decision to spend my birthday in this beautiful hotel. Personnel was very attentive, we got a bottle of Prosecco to the room as a bday present. The view from the room was breathtaking! Breakfasts were very tasty and waiters were very polite and professional. I got a slice of cake with the candle at the breakfast that made my day even more special. The hotel has beautiful garden area and free parking. Big thanks for making our trip unforgettable and so special!

Unfortunately for a 5-star hotel, the very large bathroom only came with a bathtub and a shower hose with no pressure. In Italian hotels there's always a bide, but why on earth do they not add a shower cabin?! The other issue with older hotels is the lack of charging points for your phones, ipads and laptops; please add accessible charging points next to the bed and the desk!

Room directly below restaurant where breakfast took place so every morning quite early we were woken with the sound of chairs/tables etc being moved around above us.

Just a couple of small things..the hairdryer weights a ton and dies fast if you put it on high. Another thing is that if you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you have to switch the light outside the bathroom thus waking up the other person.

The welcome from the reception team on arrival was lovely, our room was well presented, the views from various parts of the hotel were beautiful. All members of staff were so helpful and friendly you felt as if you were staying with friends not at a hotel. The food was excellent

The room had a nice view to the sea but the small room and the small window didn't give a feeling of 5*. There are better rooms with a terrace but we were not lucky to enjoy one of these. Our particular size room should have been priced lower accordingly.

Wonderful view. super friendly staff. lovely atmosphere overall. Location was pretty convenient - not in one of the popular touristic towns but had the advantage of easier access to the highway and yet in a tranquil spot.

The location in terms of the general surrounding area was a bit undesirable and not quite what we were expecting. Seiano train station was very run down and a real eye sore although the trains to Sorrento and Pompeii were efficient. The accumulating piles of rubbish on the walk to the hotel Pizzeria and on the footpath to Seiano were very unpleasant to look at considering we were staying at a 5 star hotel.

The pool was amazing, great way to cool off in the high temperatures. The bar overlooking the pool with the panoramic vista was incredible as was breakfast and dinner sat on the terrace with the expansive view in front of you. Our private terrace was an added bonus. The complimentary Prosecco on our first night was a lovely touch.

This hotel is for sure one of my favorite I’ve visited. The staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly. The restaurants and service are top!! The hotel has a cozy pool with an amazing view. Also the bar provides a stunning sunset view on their terrace. Location is perfect, 10 mins walk from the train station. The hotel provides a regular shuttle service. A path leads to the Bay Area were you find a rental boat service and various restaurants. There’s is a little supermarket a few minutes walk from the hotel too. I find that important as you never know when you’re in need of snacks ;-).

The staff was super helpful. They recommended an amazing tour to Capri. Our room was very comfortable, with a beautiful terrace. The pool was just what we needed in the afternoons :)

Everything was lovely. Some rooms don’t have showers (just jacuzzi tubs) so if you only take showers, keep that in mind when booking room.

Great location, walking distance to convenient train station. Super helpful and welcoming staff. Beautiful views and spacious rooms in a quiet little town which is so much better than the craziness of some of the other towns in the area. Breakfast every morning on patio with views was sublime.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond for us. It was so memorable thanks to them. The views were incredible, as all of the staff, and the pool was wonderful as well. Would love to come back here again! Definitely recommend.

The breakfast service wasn't good. We ordered coffee *twice* and never got it, the hot dish was wrong. There weren't so many people, so it's hard to understand how it can happen. Twice we reserved the hotel shuttle and it never came, but once we called the hotel, they sent it straight away. People reserve sun beds around the pool even when they are not there and you end up not having space to enjoy it too. The gourmet restaurant insists on a dress code for dinner even when you are in the middle of a boiling heat wave. The shower stall in the room is VERY tiny, specially for a pregnant lady.

The views from the pool and the restaurant are breathtaking. The cleaning staff is friendly and always tiding up your room. There is a good selection of drinks from the bar, with reasonable prices. The shuttle drivers are awesome.
