Superior room too small, bathroom too small. We are 1.70m tall and couldn’t sit straight on the toilet because of the shower in front!

It's very very very noisy in the rooms, if you looks for the good sleeping don't take sea view rooms, the road is almost inside the building

- Towel hook on bathroom door was broken with no where else to hang your towel to dry. - Swimming pool is a little over 6 foot deep all over and no shallow area - also no indicator around the pool to say the depth. Not ideal when you don’t like to be out of your depth when swimming. - Safe in room decided to randomly not recognise our code so we couldn’t get our stuff out. Needed to ask Reception to sort it out immediately. In all fairness, they did fix it very quick. - No weights in the gym as shown in the booking.com photo which was disappointing. - Breakfast is a little chaotic and a table was never made up when we arrived. Always needed to find our own cutlery or ask for it.

The hotel needs the renovation. Everything is already “in the years” with scratches and flecks. The swimming pool is terrible - old and dirty. The hotel workers were very friendly, but for us a bit annoying (especially parking workers). The hotel does not match the four stars and the price was a little bit to high in accordance with the services.

The location was perfect. We found also wonderful the room with the magnificent sea view. The breakfast is okay, but the same.

Wardrobe space to hang clothes is really small and there is not good storage space in the room. No iron facilites and no coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast is mediocre especially compared to the food available just outside the hotel (cafes and foccacerias) Hotel is tired inside, it needs some tlc. It reminded us of an old cruise ship inside For the price we paid and for 4 stars I expected better facilities and a less tired hotel

The pool has no shallow end for kids etc. A uniform 2 metres depth and no hand rail is unusual.

If you stay on the first floor you can hear the noise of the road.

Attentive staff! The pool is deep. Good location, beautiful view. The evening at the bar on Sunday sang a good singer, she made the atmosphere romantic.

Pool bar service not as slick as the rest of the hotel but still friendly. Moody lighting in the evening made it difficult to see for anything other than having a drink. Disappointed to find a 90’s wall mounted hairdryer in the room which didn’t match the rest of the quality.

Position in the town and easily accessible from the autoroute. Friendly staff, great room and facilities, super pool. Excellent breakfast.

Frankly, I have seen much higher quality for that price. In my room the toilet seat was broken, and sliding me apart every time I sat down. The towels provided by the hotel had holes, mainly due to consumption.

Overall this is an expensive hotel - the level of comfort (old elevators, difficult parking, unreliable shuttle to beach, TV mount doesn't allow tilting, no coffee machine in room) does not justify the steep pricing, especially not in comparison to other hotels in more city-centre locations at better pricing. Two negative examples: 20 Euro p.P. for the private beach is expensive, 15 Euro for the most simple Spaghetti Pomodore but as kids portion is quite ridiculous.

The location, scenary and staff were nice, the town itself was okay, although hospitality at restaurants was not typical Italian. The room was fine, but nothing special.
