Very clean and spacious. Lots of natural light. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of choice. Very good location, about a 10 minute walk to the arena. 20 minutes to the station. Left luggage as well for free

Perfect location! Beautiful hotel in the heart of Verona but on a quieter street to ensure we slept well. Breakfast included was amazing, very clean room, high ceilings, staff were very welcoming and helpful, greeted us every time we walked in and out

The room was small with no where to put luggage except open and on the floor. That was inconvenient for 3 days. The small round table was too small for each of us to use a small laptop.

Breakfast was excellent and the location was easy walking distance to old city and about a 10 minute cab ride from train station.

Room a bit dark due to small windows but really just a small gripe

The bath didn’t have a stand to hold the shower so make it quite difficult to was the hair for a woman as you need it to hold it in the hand and with the result of leave the floor completely wet. The tv is not an smart tv so is just Italian channels

The room was so big and the bed was nice and comfortable. The location was perfect, just 5min walk to the Arena. The staff in the hotel were super kind and nice, they gave us some tips to visit the city and they help us to book a taxi the last day. The breakfast was nice, I would prefer a bit more of variety but to be fair was nice and tasty. There is a mini bar in the room.

A few minor things: not much choice for breakfast, shower is a bit small/ mouldy; room gets cold fast and there are no extra blankets (thankfully you can turn the heating on but it's quite loud so can't sleep with it on). Very poor sound insolation you can hear guests from the rooms above you, the people entering/ exiting the hotel, guests in the hallway and at reception, people and cars on the street. Would recommend noise cancelling headphones. Cleaning could be done a bit better, a bit of hair, spider webs, dust left etc. nothing too bad thought (I'm quite ocd for cleaning so my standards are high). Now saying that, all the above are very minor details. The location, charm, comfort of the room, the kindness of the staff erases the above easily. Great value for Verona and will definitely come back!

Perfect location, very central, you can walk to all the key locations you need to see while visiting Verona; only 30 mins away by bus from the airport and 15 mins away by bus from the train station (you can go to Milan, Padova, Bologna, Venise etc from there so it's really handy). Lovely neighborhood, plenty of bars, shops, transports and restaurants. Very spacious room, very well designed and super comfortable. King size bed (extremely comfortable +extra pillows), small couch, huge wardrobe, small safe and fridge, mirror, spacious hallway, table and chairs, tv, high ceilings and windows brings a lot of light. Boutique hotel full of charm, beautiful decoration and furniture. High ceilings, wooden floors, neutral colours, very authentic, relaxing and warm environment for your stay. Lovely staff, very welcoming and professional. Perfect for solo trippers, very comfortable, practical/accessible and safe!

I didn't like the noisy coming from the AC. I'm a light sleeper, so I had to cut the power to switch off the AC because there was no other way to do it.

The room was spotless, warm, and cosy. The bed was also very comfortable and big. The windows were huge and light could illuminate all corners of the room. High ceiling, spacious room with a table and two chairs. There was also a big wardrobe.

I wouldn’t get a massage again, mine was cut short by 15 minutes and I had a full body massage she used a towel over my feel to massage my feet, it wasn’t great and felt rough and she didn’t spend any time of my neck or shoulder. I have massages often and this was one of the worse ones I had. However my partner said his massage was great.

Close to centre, staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was great, had a lot to choose from.

We would have loved a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee!! After a day out exploring it was exactly what was needed and really missed. There was one night that felt a bit cold in the room so we turned on our radiator and it smelt quite like burning - we had to open the window to get rid of it. Might only be because they haven’t been used in a long time but now it’s getting colder it could be an issue.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location - minutes from the main square. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom had a lovely big shower and toiletries. The breakfast was really good - a great selection with lovely tea and coffee on offer. Everyone working there was lovely and friendly.

Everything was wonderful. (It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee).

The Gallery Room, Verona, was a very spacious and clean room with a large bathroom. Good selections for breakfast and the location was only a short walk from the Verona Arena and many restaurants. We had a wonderful stay here and would recommend.
