A beautiful hotel, well managed, in a desirable neighborhood. The staff was considerate and helpful. The patio was delightful for an evening glass of wine. The breakfast was amazing and the space lovely!

The only disappointment was not having a view of the small canal from our room , plus the air con seemed to trigger my asthma.

Great location, beautiful room and lovely breakfast. We enjoyed the garden bar too (on our dry sunny day!).

Our room was very large and beautiful with a library in the bathroom! HA-HA (true). We could not beat the location as we were walking distance to everything, including St. Mark's, the Rialto, shopping, restaurants everywhere, and gelato shops. They had a very nice breakfast room with a terrace overlooking a canal. The food was great, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was superb with a great bathroom and excellent overall size. TV with UK and English-speaking channels was great too. The location was great for getting to the main locations (two minutes from San Marco).

That we had to leave

The perfect location in Venice . Easy to access via the public water taxi to St Marks Piazza or private water taxi to the hotel courtyard . Absolutely lovely hotel with the nicest and most helpful staff (from front desk to valet to bar tender /server to breakfast staff). Would absolutely stay here again . They communicated with us quickly and clearly before our arrival and arrange for our water taxi to the Venice airport the morning we departed .

Fantastic location and very helpful staff! The canal access is fantastic for arriving and departing with luggage too. It really feels like the whole Venice experience. The hotel staff were fantastic with any questions or requests and the cocktails at the hotel bar were fantastic too. The location is great, so close to st marks square and easy to access.

It was perfect, nothing to dislike.

Location was amazing as was the view from our room. Less than 5 mins walk from St Marks Square and only about 10 mins walk from the Rialto Bridge. Our room had a canal view so could watch the gondolas

The shower box is a bit cramped, but I imagine that's common for most hotels in Venice.

Superb location, a 2-minute walk from St. Marks Square and central to several other areas. The staff helped us with the sightseeing and recommended two great restaurants close to the hotel, which served the best food we had in Venice. The breakfast was good and there is a nice bar.

I really have no complaints about this hotel. There is no restaurant but you are in Venice and you have multiple food options right outside your door so this is not an issue.

This is my second stay at this hotel and Marco checked us in once again. From the moment you walk in until you leave the staff are excellent and attentive. The breakfast is nice and in a lovely setting. They has a bar but you will be served on the patio, rooftop or bar area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is perfect on a quite street near St Marks square.

We couldn't believe how big the room was- such a great view too! Bed was very comfortable and the in room amenities were lovely. Breakfast was great and loved the welcome drink on the terrace

Room ceiling was max 6’ in height we were ok in room 33 Casanova suite as we are short but beware if your 6’or above as you will certainly have some head trauma

The view from our room overlooking the canal was spectacular. The water taxi from the train station brings you right to the front door of the hotel. The location is exactly where you want to be. I'm coming back here. 😀
