The mattress

The mattress was very hard. Its quality was cheap. I complained about a change to place a top mattress but it didn't. The hotel is 4 stars and this quality of mattress is not justified

Room wifi and conference center wifi was not so great. Restaurant options are not very tempting, coffee not so great. It will be useful to have a free bottle of water into the room and some info about the city's tourist attractions and nearby options

The hotel is very close to Turro metro station, linea rossa, and has a 24/7 Carrefour nearby. Nice and clean rooms, comfy bed, smart TV, fridge, coffee/tea facilities. Very good breakfast

The breakfast was simply a disaster. Wide choice of nice food and drinks, but the whole hall was sinking in dirty dishes. We couldn't find a clean spot for over 30 minutes. The staff absolutely didn't care at all, didn't provide clean cuttlery when requested. So we ended up eating on a dirty place with our hands!!! When we were leaving the breakfast hall, there was a slight sign of someone trying to pick up the dishes, with tempo close to sloth. Very, very bad impression in otherwise very good hotel.

Very good location - near Metro station, next door to a 24/7 supermarket, few nice restaurants nearby. The room was very nice and clean. Great value for money. Nice bar in the lobby. Will definitely come back, hopefully the hiccups (see below) will be gone then.

The hotel in general felt very tired and not well maintained. There was no free parking and the internet was lagging. The restaurant in the basement was not quite clean or well stocked at breakfast.

The location was a minute walk from the nearest metro station. There was a 24/7 open supermarket next door. The A/C was strong.

the bathroom was small, so not very comfortable, but still had everything you need. the wifi didn't work perfectly, yet enough to look through news pages (but not yt or maps). i didn't understand why you needed to leave your email address at the check in..

the hotel is approx. 100 meters from a metro station, what makes the location really convenient. what's more, there is a supermarket just round the corner. the staff is professional and very helpful. there are extra facilities in the room and in the hotel lobby + a restaurant. we liked the breakfast very much and were surprised with so many options available (you could even make a fresh fruit/vegetable juice!).

The property is a bit dated and we had to ask for another room due to all the rust and corrosion in the corners of the bathtub. The front desk staff were very accommodating with our request for a different room.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Even on a main thoroughfare, the rooms were very quiet. The location to the Metro Line was a two minute walk. We stayed here for easy access to and from the Monza GP circuit. There were several nice restaurants also within a two minute walk. They did have secure parking which was a bonus as we drove to Milan. The breakfast buffet had everything you would want to eat. Very nice.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is great and you will have an excellent view to the city via balcony and perfect access to historical church on top of the hill, and the Botanical Garden. It is easy and to reach the old town and have a walk and enjoy dozen of good restaurants around there.

We had a hard time getting the parking spot. They told us before we came that they will solve our parking but we had a hard time untile we got the parking spot.

Neighbourhood is not nice

hotel is OK and takes you straight to the city centre however the neigbourhood is not nice at all.

Because the hotel is close to a major road, there was quite a bit of noise. However, earplugs (which we always bring) were sufficient to block out the noise. The other minor thing, was the lack of a rack to put toiletries on in the bathroom.

The cleanliness was exceptional; the cleaning crew deserves a compliment, because they really took cleaning the room to heart. Although the hotel was somewhat further from the city center, it was surrounded by local restaurants and we got free bikes from the hotel, which made it a breeze to visit Milan. In addition, the metro and a big supermarket were nearby, making our stay easy. The breakfast team was also incredibly friendly and the spread was very good. The bathroom was clearly renovated and the shower was a standout experience. Very good & silent airconditioning.
