From the moment we arrived everything was perfecto!! Cinqueteste is a luxurious home and an oasis of calm and beauty hidden in Venice. It has a huge garden and the house is beautiful, elegant and filled full of art, books and curiosities. Our room was wonderful, the bed the most comfortable and huge (my fiancé is 6ft 2”). It was well equipped, even down to a magnifying mirror in the bathroom (I always travel with one to apply makeup), no need here. The host Luana is amazing, each day she offered us ideas and recommendations and even helped secure tickets. Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness and kindness ensures we will most definitely return. The location is perfect, walkable distance to all the main tourist spots, near to amazing bistros, shops etc. but far away from noise and the main streets. We will most definitely be back!! There is no where else I’d want to stay.

Cinque Teste is an oasis of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of Venice. The house has been beautifully renovated, having the feel of a luxury home with Luana being the perfect host. The bed was extremely comfortable with every amenity you could want in a room catered for. Breakfast was delicious with different Venetian treats to try each day. Sitting in the garden after a full day exploring the sights of Venice was the perfect way to recharge the batteries before heading out to dinner. Luana and her staff were really attentive and went the extra mile to be helpful. We loved our stay here. Thank you Luana for making it so special.

First time in Venice, this is located close to the train station (which i'd recommend). We arrived, droped our bags and explored immediately. The hosts were fantastics, the rooms and whole property is very thoughtful and quaint. The whole stay was extremely comfortable, i loved the bed also (others have commented) but got such a restful sleep for our 2 nights there.

Absolutely beautiful home, clearly created with love. The host & staff were attentive & so helpful in helping us make the most of our time in Venice. I wanted to stay in quality accommodation for my 50th birthday & our stay in this home certainly exceeded our expectations. We will be certain to book again should we revisit Venice & would highly recommend to anyone else wishing to stay in a beautiful home. This accommodation is near to the train station & has a large well cared for garden as well as a calm & comfortable sitting room. The suites are large, modern & have their own attention to detail. The bed was so comfortable with top quality bedding. The area is quiet yet plenty of fabulous cafes & restaurants nearby. You truly couldn’t wish for a better place to stay!

This property is magnificent! Nothing like it in Venice! Beautiful garden and beautiful home. Luana and staff are wonderful. The attention to detail and amenities provided sets this home apart. I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels in Italy and this is by far the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on. Bathroom was clean with lovely soap provided. If you want a beautiful unique stay in a quiet area this is your place! Close to the train (5 minutes) and close to San Marco Plaza (10-15 minutes). Only worry about 1 short set of stairs in the home. No lugging your suitcase over bridge after bridge(Only the main one from the station). This place should be 10/10.

The home owner Luana and her husband are Amazing, one of my best experience for sure, they helped me in everything i need, super friendly and i enjoyed my time with them. This was our last leg of our 4 city trip, and it was absolutely our favorite because of our stay at this property. Cinqueteste is wonderful, comfortable, and well located, and Luana is a gracious, welcoming, and helpful host. The room was immaculate and the grounds are private and relaxing. We would recommend a stay here to anyone traveling to Venice.
