The shower was a little small

This is an absolutely stunning hotel. The staff friendly welcoming and polite. The beach restaurant was amazing with views to die for. Breakfast was vast and delicious.

I only missed bananas at breakfast but im sure we could have gotten them if asked :D

Hotel was 5 stars nothing to complain or that we would have missed. So clean room made our stay wonderfull. And the view!!! Hotel restaurants were all so good. One of the best hotels we have stayed, we will come back for sure!

A nice discovery - A jewel of a hotel and fisherman village. A super location of the hotel on one side of Camogly, nice and confi room, great staff. Thank you to the entire staff for your hospitality. We will definitely come back.

Restaurant was good, just know that it opens at 20:00.

The hotel has the most perfect view of the bay - what a nice way to have breakfast with views of the ocean and the city. Beds were comfortable and not at all soft, the room was cleaned twice a day. Even the toiletries had Cenobio branding. The staff at the Restaurant are uncommonly attentive, the waiter remembered our coffee choices the next day and gave us the same table. Breakfast is really good, freshly baked and local products, fruit, focaccie, good espresso - the best we have had in an Italian hotel. Pool is spacious, lots of sun chairs in a lovely garden. Late check-out time.

The only real downside to our stay was that the private beach was closed it's only open in season. I wish it would have been open to people with warning of "No life guard" if that is the reason they can't open it for all. I was happy the pool was open. I gave comfort a lower rank because as many hotels off the coast there was no real Queen size bed and no AC we visited in April and the season to turn on AC is in summer only.

The pool was a spacious and had an amazing view. I loved the restaurant seating and breakfast views were on point. The food quality was splendid everything from drinks to food, high quality ingredients and excellent customer service. We loved our stay and will definitely be going back perhaps we will try to take our chances with the crowds and visit in summer to enjoy the private beach. It was a very beautiful stay.

Problems with wifi and TV connection

Great view with close proximity to restaurants. We received an upgrade to a new room with a little balcony. Staff were very helpful

Some of the decor is a little outdated, but it adds to the charm of the hotel!

A wonderful, old style hotel, perfectly located on the beach The breakfast was great, in a dining room with views to die for! We had a room with ocean views - it was beautiful to wake up and fling the shutters open to see the Mediterranean and Camogli in front of us! The staff were great and very helpful with restaurant recommendations and bookings.

Loved the location, very close to train station and town. The restaurant served a good selection of food and wine, both excellent. The view from the room and restaurant was amazing. The bar was excellent, as were the bar staff. Couldn't rate the bar and restaurant staff highly enough. Huge room and cleaned daily, with turn down service at night. Excellent all round.

The format of the hotel and food in the restaurant seemed a little impersonal and old-fashioned for my taste but this hotel will always be popular because of it's location.

Spectacular view from our balcony and from the restaurant across to Genoa. Generally very comfortable despite cloudy weather when we were there.

The hotel is situated in a spectacularly scenic location facing the Med and the lovely coastline. Unbeatable, and abscent the tourist blight that afflicts Portofino from April through October.
