The keyless entry could be an issue - we found it didn't work one day fortunately someone was in to give us room key

The electric key… not my favorite. Probably very easy for the place, but not the greatest for guests. Good thing there are two options to open the door, either with a code or a link (need wifi) to open the doors. One time the wifi did not work, same with the code for some reason and the macine said I had too many tries so room is locked now. Not what you wanna hear after a long day and there’se no reception in the evening. Luckily, after few minutes with another try the door opened, but left an uncertain feeling what will happend next time you try to get in.

Great location, very clean and quiet room, about 10min walk to old town. Bed were nice and two choices to have breakfast. The cafe/wine bar was close by and we had good breakfast there, however one morning it took more than 20mins to get coffee and food since there was only one emoloyee. Luckily we were not in rush that morning.

Both the location and the host were great! We booked the valet parking for €25.00 and it worked out well as we were not lucky at finding street parking and saved us a lot of stress roaming the many one-way streets in Verona! it's on a quiet street which was perfect for sleeping.

Great stay in a great location. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating (we were able to check in early and check out late). Very clean and spacious - also had a fridge in the room which was a bonus. Free water was also provided daily. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Verona.

Me and my husband recently had the pleasure of staying in Casa Fola and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The room we had was impeccably maintained, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff. From the moment we booked the room they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We met Manola at the reception and she was very friendly, helpful, and always ready to offer recommendations for exploring Verona. The location of the place is also ideal, allowing to easily explore the beautiful city of Verona. It is within walking distance of many attractions, making it convenient to immerse in the local culture. The breakfast provided was also very good. Overall, out stay in Verona was made memorable by the combination of a pristine room and the outstanding service provided by the staff. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free stay in this charming Italian city.

Couldn't turn air-con below 24 degrees C and was a little on the warm side during peak of summer. Overall not a big problem though and I seem to have found this to be quite a repeat scenario in short stay European accommodation.

Good location, bit of a walk from the train station, but fairly handy to the main city attractions. Very clean, modern and spacious apartment.

Fabulous location so central yet just off the busy roads. Staff were superb and so friendly and helpful. The rooms are excellent and very, very clean. Besides a king bed we had a large comfy chair and a fridge in the room. There was nothing to fault about this hotel. Everything was super.

Breakfast is not provided by Casa Fola but you get a voucher to get breakfast at a nearby bar. Unfortunately, the bar we chose had just changed hands and the new manager did not accept our voucher. So it's best to do some checking with the owner of Casa Fola when you arrive.

We arrived earlier than the announced check-in time but that was not a problem at all. Our room was ready so we could go straight there. The room was clean and the bed was of a very good quality. For me personally, the shower is also very important and it more than met my expectations.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The room was absolutely perfect, very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We received a very warm welcome and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Casa Fola if you are staying in Verona. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of all the sites.

Just the breakfast, it's a bit confused. We can choose only Bread bucket with only 1 jam & 1 butter, or a bread bucket with Ham and cheese. :/ I really don't mind to pay a bit more in order to have more choices for breakfast. And check out time, I don't know about another hotel in Italy or in Venice, but this hotel we have to check out at 10 am. It's a bit too early for me. But the rest of Stay was totally great

The host is very very kind, Very helpful. Perfect location. Near everything. Room was very clean. If I go to Verona again, this hotel will be my definitely choice, no doubt!

For breakfast you get a voucher to go to 1 of 2 coffee bars. The breakfast we got there had 3 drinks, a small yoghurt and a small sweet or salty extra thing. We were both still hungry and felt like it was not enough.

Good location and super friendly staff. She gave us a free room upgrade because there was a larger room available. There was also free water available in the room.

The breakfast often ran out of food. We would have to substitute with an item that we did not particularly want to eat. We were nervous at night coming back to the unit because there was nobody in the office. The keyed entry took some time getting used to. One time we had to let a couple inI because they could not get their access code to work. The office manager, Manuela was very sweet and helpful.

The location. When you say Castelveccio you could never get lost.

Fantastic place. Wonderful staff. Mrs. Manola is a perfect manager. Always ready to help and really helps. Both with Frederica are smiling and make you fell comfortable. The café nearby for breakfast was nice also. The ambiance, the music, the food. In one word I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to Verona.

I would have liked some outside space to sit (although we didn't ask if this was available).

The location was perfect for a week's stay in Verona. We walked past it initally as it doesn't stand out - if you've reached the wine bar at the end of the street, you've gone too far! Our room was spacious, cleaned every day while the bed was extremely comfortable. We eventually got the hang of using the air con so the room temperature was ideal. Breakfast is at one of 2 cafes just a short walk from the hotel - we ate at Bottiglieria Castello where there was an excellent choice for breakfast which was served quickly and set us up for the day.

Lovely apartment, so central, host was really friendly. I loved how spacious the apartment was, really clean and beds comfy. Cold water was provided which was absolutely amazing during 35 degree heat! I loved that you got 2 options of a local cafe to have breakfast in using the Casa Fola voucher :)
