There was a leak inside the bathroom that I could hear. The entrance door felt like it would open whenever the neighbours opened their doors.

The location was great, really close to everything there is to visit. The room has the same theme as the La Fenice Theatre which is very close. The room was cozy and the bed was nice, the room and bathroom were clean and I really liked the smart lock on the entrance door, no need for a key or card that you can lose.

All the doors were electronic, no physical key, kept forgetting the PIN number.

The contact from the staff began immediately after booking. They were professional and efficient. They arranged for us to drop bags at a local hotel whilst our room was prepared. They responded quickly to problems, which were minimal. The room was close to all local amenities, very central.

Great location, a short walk from all Venice has to offer. Tucked away in a quiet street. The property is old, but well maintained. Comfortable bed and well equipped with tea/coffee and linen. Very good value for money during Carnevale. Highly recommended.

The check-out time is on the early side, and a bit vague (10am-10:30am). Tea and instant coffee in the room are not refilled during your stay, it would be nice to leave some tea/coffee in the hall, so guests can have tea beyond the first day of their stay.

Casa Fenice is perfectly located between Rialto, San Marco, and the Accademia bridge. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is welcoming.

It’s a guest house so no daily cleaning can be provided No meals can be offered.

Location was 7 minutes away from the Rialto water bus station. It was good but not when we had to take our bags to and from it. Many restaurants and big shopping area near by. Clean and tidy. Comfortable bed but the pillows were a bit hard. Nice bathroom.

The accommodation is near a large number of sights, so it is possible to visit them all on foot without effort. It is so peaceful and quiet that in the evening we listened to the silence. The building was built a long time ago, the rooms have high ceilings, so there is a lot of air inside. It was about 8 degrees Celsius outside. The heating in the room is great.

The room we had was TINY I’m sure you could have a different room and it would be fine but just be warned for two people only one suitcase could be open at a time. The bed was a good size and comfortable but just lack of other space. Also, the hotel has no common areas really for sitting or lounging after the day so ur really either out or in the tiny room

Location was great, accommodations very clean, bathroom was large and shower worked great, AC also worked great. Inner courtyard view was very nice. Room aesthetics were great and added to the quality of our stay. Staff very helpful and friendly.
