We rented a bungalow and I think the chalets may have been better. Friends rented a chalet/mobilr home and it seemed to be a better design. The shower door didn't create a seal around the shower. There was a 1cm gap all around the bottom. All the water flowed out and the bathroom was badly flooded everytime to the extent that we had to mop. I didn't raise this with reception as we were only there for a week. We had already unpacked and stayed in beds before we realised and with 4 children I didn't want to have to move. My husband and I didn't find our bed comfortable. It was 2 single mattresses pushed together and we didn't find mattresses very comfortable. My husband has back issues so mattress is important. The kitchen was very compact. Microwave on counter took up all counter space so very difficult to use kitchen to prepare meals. Nowhere to cut or prepare except table. Microwave should be on a shelf.

The campsite staff were all very friendly and helpful. They speak fluent English. The restaurant was excellent. Best food. Perfect for relaxed family meals with delicious food. Highly recommend the restaurant. Pool was also great. Very clean and lifeguard was very vigilant, so felt comfortable with children in the pool. It is important to note it was cold in the pool so only became comfortable later in the week as the weather got hotter. We were there in June. The bungalow was very clean and cool. Air conditioning system worked really well. Campsite was peaceful and quiet. Location was good. Facilities great and campsite is very clean and well maintained.

The caravan was good but the wi-fo was not reliable. There were limited cooking facilities such as no toaster, kettle or oven.

Very expensive store inside the camp, you have to wear swimming caps if you want to use swimming pool, swimming pool works only until 18:00.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean mobile house, nice location, you can buy Gardaland tickets at the reception cheaper than the online price.

Toilet paper is bad quality, loud refrigerator from the next door market (at night) and problem with taps at adjusting hot/cold water.

The airconditining cannot warm enough the bungalows and there is a lot of moisture. In the morning all clothes feel wet. Worh considering some anti moisture appliances to be provided. There are only blankets, like from my grandmother's house, some more warming bed blankets need to be available

We got the bungalow for disabled so the toilet was a little bit strange. We had issues with heating as it didn’t seem to work. One gentleman came and set it up for us but it never really heat up, just slightly warmed up. Good there was portable heater in a closet that we could use. Only one pan in a kitchen, wasn’t enough since we cooked a lot.

Location. Facilities. Access to the beach, promenade. We loved everything. We brought our own bedding and other items for kitchen and bathroom. Our cat appreciated the location and the visiting birds :)
