The plumbing was very noisy, and our air conditioning would gurgle all night. But we enjoyed our stay in spite of these niggles.

The staff and location were excellent. A secluded bay with a private beach area made it very nice. We had a special deal with a 3 course evening meal for 17 euros, very good value.

The hotel was a little dated. The shower cubicle was tiny and you had to put your hand through the hot water to reach the controls to reduce it. Struggled to find charging points.

The only thing this place needs to be a 10:10 is wifi. 🛜 you barely have signal while in the hotel but can get some right outside. If the hotel Gets free wifi, it immediately becomes the best place in all sorrento. Puolo beach itself is way better than Sorrento’s - cleaner spacious and very private.

Literally the best location if you want to enjoy Puolo Beach in private during the morning 🌅 amazing value for money, good breakfast -our barman/waiter was very detailed- and friendly lobby staff. The free shuttle service is super useful - Antonio can get you to the bus stop and the Capo di Sorrento in 5 minutes!!

little gem of hotel in a small bay just outside Sorrento , very quiet resort (no passing traffic ) , beach just outside door of hotel with hotel sunbeds and parasol, staff very friendly and helpful. Sorrento was only a €30 taxi ride away.

The staff Imma, Enzo, Luca, Antonio, Michaela and all the others were very nice all the time and were very helpful with a problem we had with the car, also calling several times for us. The hotel is located just in front of the sea, a few steps walking, although the room was small but very clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. They had a shuttle all the time to the parking lot, the bus stop and back. From the bus stop you can walk to Sorrento about 20 min. A simple but enough breakfast is served in the restaurant in ground floor of the hotel. They have also a very good menu for dinner. Magnificent place to spend a few days!! We'd love to come back!!!

What a lovely gem of a hotel. The location in a small cove is enchanting. The hotel run a shuttle bus to and from the car parking. This bus is essential as the walk is very steep. The bus runs promptly and the way I negotiates the twists and turns of the road is very entertaining. The hotel facilities were good and easily met our needs. The hotel is located next to about four or give bars and restaurants which were quiet during our stay.

Taking a shower was a nightmare: tiny shower area with no storage, water temperature unstable, going from freezing cold to burning hot while we were showering. Overall noisy room and there was a bell ringing from a church (?) next to our room very intensely at 7am.

Nice location by the beach, friendly staff, room was clean and nicely decorated.

It was an effort to get to the property from Sorrento. The bus system was hard to understand and the language barrier hindered us. It is also hard to manage luggage getting on and off ferries and buses.

On the beachfront and great view from our balcony with a lovely table and chairs. Short stroll to the beach with private area to access beach lounges. Great little jetty and bar. Friendly staff. Free shuttle service from the property up to the main road/bus stop. It is an experience not to be missed.

- breakfast was pretty basic - lack of iron - the location is not easy to access and if you want to leave early, the shuttle car will leave only after 08:00, also if many tourists want to leave at the same time you have to wait 10-15 minutes for the car to come back (there is only one car)

The breakfast was very good as was our dinner contracted with the taverna next door. The staff were all helpful especially Michaela, who was also sweet and kind. The location is a ways outside Sorrento, but very tranquil and quiet, except for the waves on the beach.

The view, the staff, the food this place is such a hidden treasure. Make sure to get the complimentary shuttle the roads are very narrow and a taxi will not bring you all the way. The staff organised us to get a tour of capri and we were transferred by a speed boat it was the high point of the holiday

It was nice and secluded because it is in a little bay. Which made it very relaxing especially with the private part of the beach. And they offer a taxi to the parking because it is a bit further than the hotel.
