Check in process was seamless and Daisy was extremely helpful during that process. The breakfast was delicious and helpful for a family of 5. You are about a 15 minute walk to attractions and a 15 minute bus ride to St. Peter’s. Overall great stay and accommodations.

Quite loud because the doors are paper thin and everybody who wants to get breakfast is screaming by. Breakfast is not good, there is some selection but everything is very low quality.

Breakfast was very basic. A lot of sweet stuff. At breakfast if you wanted tea you had to ask the staff as there was no kettle or hot water option on the coffee machine. The room was very basic. There was a desk with 1 chair. No option for us to both sit other than on the bed. Overall these are super minor things, but would have been nice to have.

They gave us good directions and information on how to get to the residence.Good that there was an elevator. Nice shower Nice location. The lady in the afternoon who checked us in was very friendly and gave helpful information.

There is only one key to the room and you have to have the key to lock it. Although you can ask the reception to open up the room for you, it is quite inconvenient.

Would have loved a couch to sit on! But there was a porch swing on the balcony. The room was on the smaller side and small for 3 adults but it was fine.

Great proximity to all the major sights in Rome, plenty of places to eat nearby. We were able to walk everywhere from the apartment. Had a nice balcony but not with a view. Breakfast was just enough and the breakfast staff was super friendly.

The particular room we were in was unique to say the least. The bed was comfortable and the room functional but a bath in the bedroom and a mirrored ceiling made it feel a little seedy. Other than that the decor was modern and some of the original features such as the window shutters were still in place.

The location is fabulous in relation to the sights of Rome you'd like to visit in a few days. It's not the easiest to find or initially get into but once that is accomplished it's all good.

There was a lot of fun shopping & plenty of eatery choices nearby. It was a healthy walk to the metro which wasn't bad going to the metro but after a day out & about it seemed like a far walk back. lol It was quite tricky finding the door/ gate to enter but those at nearby eateries were helpful. The hotel was great & very clean. Staff was accommodating & helpful.

the traffic by the main road a little noisy at night but it was manageable.

It was close from termini, 15 mins walk almost every attraction from the hotel to Spanish steps, vittorio Emmanuel plaza and colosseum just take nazionale road straight. Close to Trevi , piazza Navona and pantheon. The breakfast was a bonus lots of selection the staff are nice and helpful bed is comfortable highly recommended.

Breakfast was lovely and the member of staff present was helpful but the layout possibly needs a bit of work as it was a bit cramped.

The room was spacious with a comfy bed. The staff went the extra mile for my husband's birthday by decorating the room and were really helpful. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel whilst we went to explore as we arrived early.

Happy with the location, we walked to all the main sites, but we do like walking, in total walked over 40k. Lots of good restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. The breakfast was very average, ok if you like sweet things. The room was just a double with an additional two single beds, very cosy. On the plus side the shower was good, always had hot water.
