The location of the apartment was apparently not in the nicest part of the city. This was a bit disappointing, as we were hoping for a more desirable neighborhood during our stay.

The unit was quite spacious, providing ample room for all of our needs. This was especially helpful since we were traveling with our whole family. One of the best aspects was the flexibility the owner offered with our checkout time. Since we had an evening flight on our last day, they allowed us to stay in the apartment until the late afternoon. This was incredibly convenient and made our departure much easier.

The shower is missing a door so water spills on the floor. The street where the apartment is located is very noisy at night, the windows are not soundproof so you can hear everything inside, for me it was not a problem, but if you need silence it is not a good choice.

The apartment is very spacious, large rooms. Well working wi-fi. Very close to the main street. Elevator in the building.

My only issue was that the neighbourhood was looking rough in general. We were a large group, so we felt safe at all times, but for some people this might be an issue.

We were a large group and were all extremely happy with the apartments. They were spacious, comfortable, clean, well equipped and also very affordable! Location is also perfect - you are so close to everything important! I am not sure how you are supposed to top that. The communication with the host was outstanding, Valerio was so attentive, helpful and understanding! When issues arises, they were sorted immediately. Greatly thankful for the opportunity to stay with him!

The location is extremly poor. It is the city geto. We don't recomend it.

The street behind(prostitute street) is so loud so almost impossible to sleep well. Advice to bring 👂 plugs with you.

The apartment is so big, comfortable. Inside you have everything that you need. The location is perfect.

When I booked the apartment I got a code, this code was not valid when collecting the key for the apartment, I did get hold of the owner reasonably quickly and I was given the correct code, on my part I probably should have made more effort before arriving to meet the owner but I wasn’t sure when I would finish work or arrive at the apartment. And I thought that I already had the code for the box. Maybe more communication from both myself and the owner would have been good. I also think that some new bedding wouldn’t be a bad thing. And a pen to write in the guest book..

The location is quite central, excellent supermarkets near by. Nice big balcony, good kitchen and large rooms, internet was pretty good and the apartment was nice and clean.

We did not had our towels changed, but there was a washing machine available. We had to get out the garbage on specific days

Mr Valerio was nice to shift our stay for one day. Also he explained us in detail how to unlock the door after we accidentally blocked it and on the last day let us check out at 16h without charge. The appartement is big and is close to the center and to the central station. We had a message from Mr Valerio with a list of things to do and places to visit

good communication about how to get in to the building and into the apartment. The apartment is 10 minutes walk from the main attractions in the old town.

The district may not feel very safe but we were never bothered by the locals. We were also surprised by the amount of trash on the street, but later on we found out it's common to almost the entire city.

Very big apartment - there were only 4 of us, but it can accommodate even 6 or more persons. It was not like a super modern but good enough. 2 bathrooms with showers did the job as we had two girls in our group. Every room has own air-conditioning working very good. You also have a balcony overlooking the street. There was enough equipment for our 4 in the kitchen but for bigger groups can be not enough. To the main market square we had only 10 mins on foot.

Above the apartment lives a woman who was making a terrible noise, day and night, especially at night: throwing things, pulling furniture on the floor. some nights it was impossible to sleep.Luca, the owner, assured us that he was sending messages to the block administrator.

The furniture is not new or modern but it is fine. The street it's weird especially in the night. Anyway we did not have any issue and we walked also in the night.

The apartment is very big, it has 2 bathrooms and a big terrace. The location is 5 min to city center and 8 min to central train station.

This part of city may look to some a bit shady. We were fine with this though; it was safe in the evenings and at night.

The apartment is really very spacious and clean. You can cook in the kitchen - we didnt but it’s possible. The location is very good almost in the city centre. I loved the huge balcony where we had breakfasts. There are two bathrooms which is exceptional. We were very satisfied. Good value for this price. Thank you

Saw the active night ladies on the streets so way too much night activity in the area. Didn’t get any sleep for the 3 night-stay. Very noisy into wee hours of the night non-stop.

Location. 10 mins walk to centre Cleanliness. Dated but Very clean. Good facilities. All provided. Washing machine, iron, hairdryer and kitchen stuff. Spacious and comfortable.

First of all, there are pictures of three different appartments at the website. What kind of appartment you get is a lotery. Our appartment was “expectation - reality”. The bed sheet in one of the rooms smelled like urine. Insects in the bed. Huge hole in the bed sheet. One pillow case missing. Curly hair all over the bathroom. Broken window in the kitchen. We had to put on the coats in the evenings, because it was cold inside. Broken lamp on the bedside table. No wine glasses. Broken hangers in the closet. Old frying pans with damaged coatings and crooked bottoms. Very poor sound insulation. Noisy at night. Bad window view, bad dirty area, very noisy at night. The photos on the website are not true. Venereologist consultation is not included in the price of this stay, although it should be :(

The only plus of this appartment is its location (however the street is very noisy and dirty). The appartment is not far from railway and bus station, and 10 min walk from the centre

1. Wifi connectivity was not there in the Bedrooms! It was only available in the living room...great disadvantage for us.. 2. No cover sheets were provided. Only a single size blanket cover for one person. No extra sheet on the bed for the others. The bed was Covered with only one sheet...so there was no cover. 3. Have asked the owner to provide a cutting knife in the kitchen. The knife provided does not work. We were using our small Swiss knife to cut Potatoes, fruits and salads. Have asked owner to provide some bowls to keep cooked vegetables. Currently we used the dinner plates to keep rice and cooked vegetables prior to serving!
