Helpful, friendly and welcoming owners. Quiet yet convenient location. Delicious breakfast enjoyed while overlooking the beautiful, peaceful garden. Comfortable beds in cute air-conditioned room. Close to the airport and easy access to Venice via bus. Free parking. We were very happy and comfortable, and we would stay here again with pleasure!

We enjoyed every second of our stay here, thanks to the attentive staff. The property's location just outside central Venice makes it great value for money, while allowing guests to reach both Venice and the airport in only 10 minutes. Special mention to the lovely host Michela who was very attentive and made us feel like home! She kindly accommodated our late check-in and we also received advice about things to see and were able to buy bus tickets from reception. The breakfast was also very good and was served in a lovely outdoor terrace.

The property was beautiful, with a lovelyvgrassy area and flowers. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was the biggest we had while in Venice and was really clean as well. The hotel was across the street from a grocery, which made it convenient to pick up a few essentials. It is also located within a block of a bus stop that has lines that go straight into and out of Venice.

Breafast was very good and offered different choices each day. The owners are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is smaller like a countryhouse and felt a home during the trip.

Everything was perfect. Responsive staff, helped to buy bus tickets right in the hotel. The breakfasts were very good. The hostess even cooked us hot fresh eggs, which was very nice. The room is cozy, small. The territory is beautiful and very quiet. Close to the bus stop. I advise

The hotel is positioned near a bus stop so is easy to get to the airport as well as to the main Island. The lady at reception was informative and helpful.

Very friendly staff. They made a special early breakfast for us since we had to leave early for the airport. So many great food choices and it all tasted great.

Room was a bit tight for two. No room for luggage benches so the luggage had to go on the bed when open. No lift/elevator so a bit uncomfortable to manage the stairs with big, heavy luggage.

The host was SO LOVELY! Very attentive, friendly, and helpful, as were the young ladies at reception. Breakfast was delicious. Garden was nice We were not going to make breakfast the morning of our checkout, so the host packed us some food. So sweet!

As expected, the interior was a bit old but still clean and nice.

Staff was very kind, helpful, responsive. But stop is 1 minute away, so the way to Venice took us about 10 minutes max. Rooms were comfortable, we stayed during the winter and it was very warm. We saw everything exactly as it was presented and described at the Booking. The breakfast was good, however not very diverse.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish. The room was well equiped and comfortable. Great location, only 8 minutes by bus from touristic points. The bus station was just in front of Hotel. Great staff ever, Michela the host was very lovely and helpful providing everything we needed, tips, bus tickets, and even a ride to the restorant we had booked the dinner. They offered free coffee and croissant in the morning even we have booked a room without breakfast option. We felt like home. We highly recommend the stay at Hotel Antica Fenice.

The girl at the reception was really helpful with our needs. Since we were leaving early in the morning, they put us in a separate building. I really appreciate how they were attentive to our needs! Great locations between Venice and the airport. It was so nice to have a card wishing us a good stay and happy new year. I loved also the little bottle of prosecco to celebrate the new year!

As Americans, the showers seemed tiny to us. But we understand things tend to be bigger in the U.S. compared to European countries. This isn't a complaint. It's just a warning for other Americans to be mentally prepared! ;)

The owner was so friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the view of the property while eating breakfast on the back patio. They were so kind to let us check in late after missing a flight.

If you’re going to Venice and you have a car, this is the perfect place to stay! 5 minute walk to the bus stop to catch the bus to Venice. Great breakfast provided out in the patio. Wonderful hostess.
