Beautiful lakeside walk direct from the hotel to the town and local restaurants/bars within 10 mins, avoiding walking along the road, incorporating a stunning view of the gorgeous castle nearby. Breakfast options were wonderful. Meats, cheeses, bread, pastries, bacon, sausages, fruit, cereal, tea, coffee and juice, plus the option to order an omelette with various toppings. All were delicious! Location just awesome. The restaurant is directly next to Lake Garda with an incredible view of the lake and the mountains. Seriously, just a sight we will never forget..... And the spectacle of all the windsurfers out on the lake on Sunday morning was amazing! We knew we had booked a room without a view, but this did not matter, as the comfort of the room and the facilities within the hotel - swimming pool, bar, restaurant, etc were the most important factors to us. You can book a room with a view if this is important to you and if you do, the view will be amazing as you cannot get any closer to Lake Garda than this. Highly recommend and hope we are fortunate enough to be able to come back one day. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff who made our trip so memorable. Customer service absolutely outstanding.

One of my favorite hotel experiences ever. I made a mistake booking and management immediately solved the problem. The design and architecture of the hotel is exceptional, fun, and rich. The room was perfect, clean, and comfortable in addition to being the coolest room we've seen in any hotel. An exceptional experience.

The hotel was right on the lake (beach access) just a short walk along the water to town. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. the breakfast was so good - my favourite - and cane with a spectacular view. The restaurant in general was fantastic. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel facilities were great with pool, gym, and a play area with pool table, table tennis, foosball etc. Great hotel. Highly recommend!!

It was an amazing stay! The view was stunning, and the place was so quiet and peaceful. The staff were very kind and helpful. The main highlight of this place was the restaurant! The food was delicious, and the pizza was unforgettable. It felt like I had never eaten a better pizza before!

We liked everything.

Very good location by the Lake. Nice pool and access to the Beach with complementary towels and Beach beds. Excellent breakfast with Fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and freshly made crepes. Hotel staff was very friendly, gave good tips for moving around the Lake.

We arrived way before check-in and the staff offered us breakfast and placed us after that. The people were so welcoming and we interacted with them constantly. The food was gourmet! We chose half board and it was the greatest value. During breakfast we decided on out 3 course meal. It was walking distance to the castle and could clearly see it from our balcony

We stayed for 2 nights in October and were greeted with a warm welcome from staff, and the lady at reception gave us a tour of the facilities and showed us to our room. The location is great, only a 10 minutes walk to the centre of Malcesine and with a bus stop right outside. We booked an Economy room but were delighted when we arrived to find out we had been given a free upgrade to a Terrace suite. The room was a stone’s throw away from the sea, with fantastic views and was clean and tidy. The room had toiletries, hairdryer, kettle etc. included too. Breakfast was amazing, and had everything you could possibly want including fresh cooked eggs and crepes each morning. Staff were very accommodating, helping us with enquiries and getting us some milk when we wanted a cup of tea. The decor is quirky and fun, and the hot tub was perfect for the cooler weather. We didn’t use the gym but it looked nice, and the pool was clean and warm.

The location was like a fairytale waking up looking at the lake 30 ft from your balcony with a mountain backdrop. I the staff went above and beyond in their accommodations to meet any and all needs you may have. The restaurant was five star.
