Lovely historical hotel near the station and close to the city centre. Wonderful staff at the reception and in the breakfast room. They also had free coffee and tea and snacks all day long. Lovely view from my room.

The room was a bit stuffy, very warm. Windows need to be open at all times if the AC is disabled.

Everything was great. However you have to climb 8 stairs to reach the lift - people with reduced mobility or heavy suitcases should be aware of this

My single room was very clean, spacious, with a beautiful bathroom and walk-in shower, wardrobe and a lovely view of the square. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Plus there is complimentary coffee and teas available all day in the lounge. The staff were helpful. The hotel is very central and only a short distance from the train station.

Good hotel, staying here for the 2nd time - it is not far from the center (15 minutes walk), a big parking just in front of the building- it is a public one, so on Sunday is free, but of course you are not the only one who wants to park here )) The staff is ok, the breakfast is quite average

Mini fridge noisy but not a deal breaker, will stay again

Everything was as advertised, very nice place. Only 1 problem with the mini fridge rattling when the compressor kicked on. Staff was amazing, great recommendations for my first visit to the city.

Very convenient central location, 5 minutes by walk from the railway station. Located at Piazza Oberdan in the city centre, some of the rooms offer nice view.

staff are incredibly friendly, my room has the best view from the window! breakfasts were also good, variety of food for energetic start of the day. the bed linens super white and clean! that was a good choice for my stay.

The welcome was helpful and "welcoming ", the hotel was well placed for the station but in a good area, the room was dazzlingly good with a feeling that you were the most important person the world and the Breakfast was classy

The breakfast was exceptional--beautifully arrayed and bountiful. Staff was so so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our bed was the most comfortable ever, and the ceilings of our room were so high and roomy. This hotel was lovely, well located and perfect for our family. The front desk staff went above and beyond from recommending restaurants to working tirelessly to find us a table on a Saturday night. Amazing! Also loved the 24 hour coffee and tea availability. An excellent selection of tea and the wonderful locally roasted coffee.

Very kind stuff with warm welcome. Some of my team needed to depart 4am, they received breakfast bags for early departure. Mini bar with some bottles of cold water were nice for us since we were working long day and return to the hotel late night!

During my previous stay and now again it was impossible to use internet.My impression is that if you are Italian you stand a chance,if not,well,too bad…
