the reception guy on monday morning was not friendly and wanted us to pay the fees again what i was already paid. the croissants and other pastries was dry and couple of days old.

Great location, really close to the airport, only 15mins walk or 1 bus stop, the breakfast was nice, good selections, the biscuits were lovely, the room was clean and tidy. the hotel was lovely and the staff was friendly, expect the guy on the reception, but the ladies were lovely and helpful. i recommend this hotel, i would stay here again

It rained very heavily during our trip and the roof leaked however, the building is very old and is a listed. Staff explained that because of this reason little work that can be done on it. As stated The kettle did not work.

Quirky boutique style accommodation. The building itself is a 200 year converted farm house. Me and my Mum loved the traditional vintage decor. If you like mod cons and modern decor this hotel is not for you.The place was very clean, the room was serviced whilst we were out. The staff were very accommodating. Swift pick up using the shuttle from the airport great location and easy to travel into Venice. The breakfast was nice for 10€ . A good selection of tea and coffee in our room. The kettle did not work however the staff were able to get up hot water to our hot drinks. Although we don’t have the time to use the pool or sauna we went to see it and the water was warm.

The hotel is very conveniently located, walking distance from the airport. At the same time, the hotel is located in a quiet, cozy place and you can quickly get to the city center by bus. The two-room suite was quite spacious and clean. The style of the rooms added coziness and a homely atmosphere. A fairly rich breakfast brightened up the sunny morning.

Overpriced

The shower was almost broken as both the shower holder and one of the shower doors were barely hanging on

If you don't have a car it's quite far from Mestre and Venice, approx. 40 -45 mins with public transport.

Some appliances were broken (one lamp shade, the shower door). When we arrived our kids' beds were not done and we didn't have enough towels and linen for everyone. There was no room service but the reception guy helped out.

The room was clean, the hotel was quiet. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful and advised us greatly. It was a good stay for 2 nights to see Venice.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make use of the pool as I was tired when I arrived and spent the evening relaxing before my early morning flight the next day. However, the pool & facilities weren't mentioned during check-in, so I have no idea whether they were open during the evening. It was a shame the bathroom didn't have a bath, as there was ample space for one, and I would have appreciated it.

Location great for pre-flight stay. Check in was easy and efficient. Clean comfortable room.

They were helpful and kind, and the bed was comfortable. It was within walking distance to the airport, which was the big draw for us. We had an early flight and didn't want to have a long boat ride from Venice.

The location is a little tricky, about 20 minutes walk from the airport which was difficult considering my flight time

The pool may need a little bit of maintaince, as with the sauna but I do also appreciate that I stayed at the hotel in March so not peak time.

The size of the room and location to the airport was fantastic. I really enjoyed that there was a pool as-well. The staff member when checking in was incredibly friendly.

If you need to leave between 6/7am you are not offered breakfast even if was included in your booking. They only serve cold from 3/6am and full breakfast from 7am onwards… After explaining it was included in our booking - the gent then poured me a coffee and gave a croissant which had already been sitting next door in breakfast room.

The location was very close to airport 10mins.rooms very nice and comfortable. The small pool and sauna was fun to chill and spend time in. Staff were friendly and accommodated me when I lost something.

Our room was very dark. The lighting was from two tiny bedside lamps and a dim overhead light. The breakfast was coffee and a croissant (at 4:30 a.m.) I don't know if that would change if you were eating at a more normal hour.

The location to the airport was very good. We drove our car to the rental return for an early morning flight. We did take their free shuttle to the restaurant just down the street. The food there was very adequate and the ease of relaxing before the flight was great. There is a lift to transport you to all the rooms on the second floor. Our rooms were large and the bathrooms were excellent.

I have heard the tiny noise coming from electrical fuse (located in the entrance hall) over the night.

Good place to stay very close by the airport. Room was nice with bonus - the kettle with tea selection.
