Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IndonesiaI think it needs upgraded its maintenance. Toilet flush doesnt work well, I had to call the staff to fix it. I thought there is some kitchen stuffs to cook, but there aint a gas/electric stove, only a water heater available in the room.
Appartment is quite spacious and clean. Location in the complex of shopping malls and just cross the road from ITC so many restaurants to pick from.

Indonesiathe kettle jug is broken, FO said tomorrow morning at 8.00 ENG team will visit but nobody came. They have a menu of the month, chocolate fudgy cake, when i wanted to order, they didnt have it, despite their publication in every TV info. The television was too old and blury.

United StatesThe facilities were outdated and old. The room smelled and so did the linen. It was a chore to get towels. No gym towels or pool towel’s available. Wouldn’t provide extra towels for any reason. No gas for the hot plate. Surrounding area is not pedestrian friendly.

IsraelIt looks very dated and there is strong smell coming from the bathroom. They need to do something without, the bathroom had drainage hole that they decide to open it so that a pipe coming from one of the AC unit. I close the hole with some paper and it does help to remove the smell.
Their gym was surprisingly new, it have all the equipments like a proper gym. It’s located near 2 (almost empty) malls, so you have many options to eat.

Everything is very good, and in great condition (Set aside the interior concern). Though the interior is decent luxurious style, but it's clean, the water heater is working normal, great bathtub condition with no damage, the AC is great and chilling, the bed and pillow are comfortable (on both rooms), very quiet room, the internet is fast with some cable tv channels working great.

United Arab EmiratesStucked in the lift for half an hour, pressing emergency calls no one attending. The room was dirty and smokey, far from the pictures in your web. Not coming back definitely!
The receptionist called Isra was very helpful. He is outstanding. He was assisting me to find a better room and had to change to 3 different rooms as all so dirty and lots of insects. Although the manager was there and I had told him about being stuck in the lift, he wasn't apologizing in the first place and instead blamed the other company who was looking after the lift. The manager Gandi later apologized but doesn't change the fact I was nervous and shivering while explaining the situation to him.
