Our Annoras stay was a delight - an exempler in customer service! By far my fav travel stay so far. The staff is amazing - Sarah, Komang, Moudeasi, Arna, Yayan, Ken all have such friendly welcoming demeanour. They go over and above to make the stay as memorable an experience - you will definitely feel spoilt. The breakfast is a lovely spread with many choices. Ani the manager upgraded our room to villa with pool due to some confusion in our booking which was not expected at all. All in all its fab place to stay, great location, close to beach and brilliant staff! Will definitely visit in the future!

It is a nice location but next to the mosque which makes a lot of noise from of 4 in the morning. To be honest I didnt care too much as I was able to sleep after. Nice rooms. Nice breakfast at the balcony in the room and swimming pool which is nice. Friendly staff.

The villa is surrounded by two similar villas and is located near nice restaurants. It is in a quiet street. The swimming pool was clean and the water clear. The staff served our breakfast on the table of our villa which was convenient.

The villa is a bit outdated and some part are not really clean. The garden is nice but there is almost no grass. Probably nothing to do with the villa but there were many mosquitoes in the evening so it was difficult to stay outside. It looks like a villa bit it is more a house with one room on the ground floor and another one on the first floor.

We had a pool villa which was fantastic with a large pool and we had monkeys visit us daily. The staff were all super friendly and could not do enough for us. Such a relaxing stay even with the hustle of the busy roads of Ubud.

Great location and the host Putu has been very helpful with every little detail. We came as a guest, we left as friends and it really felt like home. It’s a quiet place with short walk to all the cool cafes and restaurants.

The room was dirty, there were even spider webs. The air conditioning doesn't work well, the towels smell musty, and the location of the hotel is extremely difficult to find.
