One of our rooms did not have a fridge. When I asked the reception he said he will check. He disappeared for 30 mins then called back to say that our room price did not include the fridge. That's funny. Luckily, we booked two rooms which the rooms connected so we can share the fridge. But think about what if other people come alone? The light in the room. When we turned off some switches, the light started flashing. We need to spend some time to find out how to turn off the switches that won't cause the flashing. Also, there is one switch in the room that if you turn it off, all electricity will be cut off. We didn't know this for the 1st night, so when we turned it off, all our devices (mobile phone, powerbank) haven't been charged and had some problems on the next day. Wifi signal in the room is quite weak. We can still use it but in the end we used our own 4G. It would be great if they can improve this point.

Staffs are very nice. Rooms are in better condition than expected (we read many reviews saying that room cleanliness & conditions are quite bad so we tend to be afraid at the beginning). Rooms are big. Beds are clean. Pillows are comfortable. Bathroom & all facilities are fine. Also, we booked two rooms and we have asked the rooms to be close to each other if possible. We end up with two rooms connected to each other (separate by internal door). That's surprise but we were really greatful for this offer :)

- There were hairs on the bathtub.. ugh.. this is abig no no for me. - The door couldnt be lock. The hole is not even fit the lock (lol but they finally moved the room to the other room) Choosing this hotel because they brand them self as 5 stars hotel (in google map). So i am expecting 5 stars hotel accommodation but after staying in there, im not sure if its a 5 stars hotel to be honest...

+ Staff were friendly (as expected). + They upgraded our room so we can be on the same level. + my family said the breakfast was good + spacious

Water in the shower flows so slow... Not enough pressure... All the furniture is very old.. Needs maintenance. Check out experience was very bad. I forgot some bag with new clothes. We checked out and I was around the city for about 3 more hours. Nobody even called. After I realized that I forgot it - I called the reception and they said that they domt have any info and need to check. Only after 5-10 mins I got the info that theyy found my back. I asked to arrange the gojek to the airport but they tolde that I have to do it myself.....

Amazing location, close to everything. Ice pool on the 8th floor and amazing spa. Good breakfast. Very welcoming on the check in step

Air-conditioning cant be controlled. When turned on even though set highest 30°..its super cold. When switched off it super hot. Room 2014.. Blanket superrrr smallllllll for the single bed. White blanket many black stains.

Location is very central, everything is in walking distance on nice and comfortable ambience of pedestrian lane to mega kuningan and many buildings nearby. Breakfast is such great variation, especially gelato :)

Good location, the room was ok but not luxurious, breakfast buffet was varied.

It just looks very tired and needs updating. As a consequence just felt a bit dirty including the swimming pool viewing screens. The card reader in the lift is very temperamental.

Everything was fine with this hotel and it was comfortable, but wouldn't go beyond 'fine'. Fairly good value for money.
