We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaThe check-in time during peak was badly unaccepted. We had to wait over than four hours just to get into our rooms. I had to request for a compensation because of this, and it was quite appreciated that the staff offered a very late checkout then. They should always recheck for hygiene and cleanliness to bring more value.
The sports activity facilities and breakfast meals were the main points of our choice besides great location and affordable room rates. The staff were friendly and showed good hospitality, especially when room readiness or an issue arises.

VietnamFacilities are quite old and are not maintained very frequently. The washing machine dust bag has not been cleaned for a long time. The living room' AC of my colleague' room at 3708 had a technical error and resulted in shutting down the whole electricity system of that room. However, hotel staff responded quickly to that trouble and we appreciated that a lot.
The staff are pretty nice and friendly. The hotel is located nearby a shopping mall, although it's not a very busy shopping mall. A good place for a family travel trips. The room size is amazing.

FranceThe thing is that I’ve had asked for the room to be clean up but the room service arrived so late and they don’t even vacuum the carpet or the floor in the other rooms... so disappointing to asked but haven’t been heard. I can understand if they’re coming late by the overwhelming arrival due to Christmas holidays coming, but at least explain it to me and try to get back to me by really cleaned up the room.
I can’t tell how was it hence I’d have made a wrong reservation without breakfast when I supposed to selected the one with the breakfast ...... so ...🙄🙄🙄

NetherlandsLaundry service too expensive we were very shocked! We could not put the shower into the holder as holder is incorrectly mounted. Just 2 coffee/tea cups, no coffee/tea spoons. No plastic bags in the bins. We arranged 'late check' out but the water system was locked. Once called and re-activated dirty water came out the taps so we could not get a shower before our long distance journey back home.
Friendly staff; very quick check in; beautiful make over of the restaurant; clean appartment. City view is beautiful.
